very bright.will buy more, They will blink if ballast isnt bypassed per instructions. It will damage the lamps if allowed to blink very long.They wont blink if wired directly to black and white (follow included instructions) The black wire coming in should be cut close to ballast and then "wire-nutted" all together with all wires going to lamp socket(s) on EITHER end. The white wire goes to the wires going to socket at other end.

These lights are fantastic. Did exactly what I wanted them to do. I'm now running LED bulbs in every single light in my woodshop. The difference from these and fluorescents is amazing. No more washed out light and that annoying flicker. Just solid white light! Highly recommend these. I will be ordering a few more to add some lights below the loft.

I think you've got to SEE THEM to believe them - SO MUCH brighter, costs you less on electric bill AND what I love about them, if you fumble and drop on, it DOES NOT BREAK like the old fluorescent bulbs do - - - you should ADD that into your COST estimates when considering a purchase !
