Instructions
No instructions. Drill bit wouldn’t make a dent in the metal. However just look at the picture on Amazon easy enough to install with that.

The slot is not wide enough for the screws to fit.
While once installed it worked as expected, the issue is that the slide slot is not wide enough to accept the screw locks. You have to either file or grind away some metal. Either this was not designed correctly or it was not manufactured correctly. Furthermore, there is absolutely no documentation, not even a picture. As a contractor, I was able to figure it out but this is definitely not a quality product.

Worked fine, but supplied bit not correct
This worked fine on my panel, but the bit they supply is garbage. It's not a metal bit and it's the wrong size. I used a 13/64 metal bit and it worked great. Other than that, it's an expensive piece of aluminum that keeps you from electrocuting a lineman.

Had to file slot
To make the shoulder bolts fit and slide along the slot, it was necessary to file a few thousands of an inch from the slot. Fortunately it was soft aluminum and not hard to do.

Interlock kit works with Siemens 100 amp panel but it had issues
As other reviews have stated, the drill bit is junk. I hired an electrician and he had to use another bit before he could drill holes in the panel. The drill bit supplied with the kit would not go through the metal. 2nd of all, the slot in the interlock was slightly too small for the screws to fit through. The electrician spent around 15 minutes filing the slot so the screws fit through. Paying the electrician to do this added to the overall cost of the install. Is there no quality control? Ultimately, it did work so I will give it 2 stars.
