Brownies are moist and chewy but not too sweet.
These brownies are easy to make and so delicious!! I add half a cup of semisweet chocolate chips and half a cup of pecan pieces and they taste even better. I had some olive oil that I bought because it is supposed to be good for you. I didn’t like the taste, but I read that you could use it in brownies with no problem. I used it with this mix and couldn’t detect any unpleasant flavor. I served these brownies to a group of friends and received a lot of compliments.

Wow!!! These are some of the best brownies I have ever tasted! And they’re cheaper than the Ghirardelli ones I usually buy! I used salted butter instead of oil and they came out perfect!

Red Mill is my favorite brownie mix.
My new favorite brownie from a mix. Because this mix recipe uses melted butter there is no funky oil flavors you get with other boxed brands like betty, ghiradelli, or duncan. The chocolate is intense and delicious. This has the beautiful top crackle we all want. Protip: use extra large or jumbo eggs, for a bit more height than you get with large. Fudgy is fine too.

Bob’s brownie mix is hands down the best one out there. I love the ingredients. We usually butter up a 9”x9” glass pan and place pecans in the mix & on top. It’s so easy the grandkids can make it. Thanks Bob’s for another quality product!
