I misplaced my KitchenAid pasta roller last year so I’ve been searching for a replacement. This pasta roller has exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. I’d put it on par with KitchenAid . And it’s 1/2 the cost. I’ve used it and I’m, so far, delighted. I especially like the seals at the ends of the rollers to ensure dough does not get into the gears. I bought this because my wife wanted to start making homemade pasta, and she absolutely loves it. It’s easy to setup, use and clean. It’s sturdy and feels like good quality.

Works great. Heavy duty. Wish the indentation for the knobs are more visible. You have gauge the gap by eye unless you bend down with a magnifying glass and good light. To me, this is another product that in real-life is better than expected from the pictures. They feel heavy and substantial and unlikely to break. No cheap plastic to break down.

Decided to go with the separate attachments instead of the 3 in one options because I have two kitchen Aid mixers. This way I could flatten out the dough with one machine and then run it through the cutter head on the other machine. I love that they are all heavy duty stainless steel. If you have one Kitchen Aid mixer a 3-in-1 option may be better but these are truly amazing attachments. I was so happy to see how high quality they were not being a Kitchen Aid brand. Would highly recommend. The process of using them was so smooth, nothing got bunched up or stuck in the attachment, they are easy to clean. You can not put them in a dishwasher, but they cleaned up so nice that that didn't matter to me. They look exactly like the photos show, they come in a nice box with separate molded areas for each piece if you want to keep the box for storing them.

Purchased just the single pasta roller. It has 8 different settings for thickness and works great attached to my KitchenAid mixer. I love the option that the faster your mixer setting is, the faster the dough runs through. I used to make a type of Christmas cookie. No matter what you’re making you will have to start putting the dough through at a higher setting and bring it down eventually to desired one. I needed it at final setting 1 but started at around 4. The only thing is to make sure your dough is not tacky on the lower settings or it will tear/get holes and not roll out smooth. Use flour as needed. Easy to change dial, just pull out and twist. The price point is comparable to others. Heavy weight and looks like it will last.
