This 4K dashcam does exactly what dashcam should do, sits there inconspicuously and records the video at full 4K resolution as soon as it gets power.No extra screen to look at is actually a benefit, less distraction without it. You can see live video and do extra setup through the app if you need to. I just checked the field of view after installation and checked quality of recorded videos, they are sharp and bright, as expected.Even small details, like extra sticker pads or the 3M adhesive pad being black, are all done right.This cam replaces a "Some-Type AI-blah-blah" cam from Costco that asked for "calibration" every time you turn it on and it was taking 11 clicks to get to recording at half (2K) resolution, more clicks to get to 4K. When one buys 4K camera, one wants it to record at 4K, right? Also 3M adhesive pad on Costco cam was a white square, which looked as an eyesore from outside.BONUS, my electric car has no cigarette lighter, but I saw that Affver offers to send a complimentary USB-C to USB-C (90 degree jack) cable and they indeed sent it to me upon request. No extra charge and no need to return original cable! It took just a few more days to get it to my house.This camera is great and Support is active, responsive, and very helpful.I would definitely recommend buying this cam to anyone looking for "fire and forget" solution from a company that cares about the customers!

Does the job and easy to install. Bought another for our other car.

The first dashcam i purchased a couple of years ago was frankly a pain. You had to buy a separate sd card, format it on your home computer, go through the complicated instructions and set up and blah blah blah! So i was hesitant buying a new one for my new car. I wanted something small, easy to install and the least amount of work possible. That is this item. It is sleek, small, comes with an sd card and you dont even have to touch your computer as theres a button on the dashcam itself that formats it for you. How genius is that?The other problem with my new car is there is no cigarette charger port. So i asked a question on the Amazon community and low and behold the company contacted me and told me they would send out a USB cord so it could attach to my USB port. They sent out a 10 foot one that fitted perfectly within 2 days. Thats service!!!! Anyway, back to the dashcam. Connected it, formatted the sd card, downloaded the app, and voila, there you have it!!! Its a simple as that.The only issue i had is i realized to access the cam you have to turn off your Android Car Play, or at least i thought i had to. You just have to turn off your wifi in the car and then you can access your Car Play and the dashcam still records!I am very happy with this purchase. I needed something simple and effective and i got it. I waited a few weeks until after i got it to really test it out and see the quality of the recordings. They were great and you cant go wrong getting one for that price!

The dash cam is very small and well built; it came with all required accessories to set up. The included 64GB micro-SD card is a plus, and it has plenty of space for my needs. Setup was quick and relatively easy. The cam records automatically when the vehicle starts. Video clips are of very good quality even when it’s cloudy or dark outside. WiFi makes it very convenient and easy to sync with my phone and view recorded clips. My vehicle does not have a 12v socket. I emailed customer service, and they responded the next day and sent me a USB-C cable for power. Customer service is excellent and responsive. Overall, I am a happy customer, and I hope the dash cam will protect us from potential insurance fraud. Thank you, Affver.

There are a lot of video cameras on the market. This just stood out. I was looking for a video camera that was smaller, and not a distraction with a video playing constantly on my dash. I ordered this product, and it is perfect! Let me start off by saying it is small and more discreet than others that hang down. Installation was done in 3-4 minutes, very simple and easy especially with the tool they provide to tuck the cable throughout car dash. I Downloaded the App, I connected to my IPhone, easy and simple. Every time I turn on the car it voices “start recording” which is nice knowing you don’t need to verify every time. I can download clips directly to my IPhone photo library if needed without having to remove SD card and connect to a computer which is very convenient. The SD card has plenty of memory for my daily commute to work. Picture quality is fantastic, crisp color, able to see license plates well. It comes with an auxiliary cable to connect device. I usually use my Auxiliary port in my car for other devices. I made an outreach to their customer service department and received a prompt response that they will send a USB-A cable free of charge which I received in <2 days and worked perfect. Customer service followed up to make sure I was a happy customer, and YES I am. I highly recommend this product. I will be purchasing another one for my other vehicle soon. FYI, and as stated in the product information, there is NO Monthly fee.
