I've been using this supplement for about 3 weeks now. I find it has a very nice calming effect on my digestive system. I have less gas and feel less bloated.

High quality with a great price

I love these supplements. This is my second buy. I use these as my pain killers. I try to use holistic supplements instead of man made pills. The bromelain in this capsule are very effective. I was using another brand, but that brand did not have a lot of milligrams so I switch to this brand and I like this brand. I take a couple everyday after breakfast and it helps me worth my knees pain. After you take them you don't even notice that the pain is gone. You do your daily routines and forget about the pain. They work for me. Know everybody's body responds differently, but they work for me. Remember that bromelain is a natural chemical that comes from the pineapple and sometimes we can not get fresh all the time so the supplements ate a great substitution for it. I have Ben taking bromelain for many years and it never disappoint me. I just like this brand better. It should be a slight in price,but it is good. Also, make sure you talk with your doctor that it does not counter act. I had no problem when I was on meds.

After taking these bromelain supplements these past weeks, I have been seeing some improvement in my digestive system. When I took them each day, I noticed that there was hardly any flavor to them. the capsules were fully loaded too. I have tried these supplements both in and with my food such as hamburger, pizza, etc and I definitely noticed a good difference after about an hour or so of taking them. just so you know, I have a pretty fast metabolism so I will easily know pretty quickly if a supplement works or not. overall I am satisfied with my purchase because now I have a good enzyme supplement that will help me with fatty foods be digested more easily.
