Started using this a few months ago after years of struggling with dandruff, I can’t say it has completely gotten rid of the dandruff but has gotten rid of the larger flakes I only have a minimal amount of fine dandruff now, this is with washing my hair with same anti dandruff shampoo as I was prior to buying this and washing my hair 3 times a week which I was also doing before buying this, easy to use and a good size, reasonable quality and while slightly uncomfortable to use it is not painful on my scalp
