Basic, heavy and overpriced.
The weight of this iron is as heavy as advertised and did iron out the creases on a cotton t-shirt more effectively than the previous lighter iron. Apart from that, it’s also true that it has a ridiculously short electric cord, making it impossible to do your ironing on the bed. It also feels overpriced for the kind of build-quality it comes with - very rudimentary with just a dial with 5 numbers and a reference sticker on the body to indicate settings. Just about grade up from the ‘dhobi istri’. Hopefully, this basic design should also mean a durable product.

Technician required or I want to change iron.
Product is look like good but it's not working after 21 days. It's not on and light is also not on. And your product support is worst option. It's not resolve any problem. I want to connect customer executive but option is not there. So how people connect to you. I want technician to solve my problem. Or change my product.
