I opted for the horizontal L-shelf model. Bestauto is the company who sold it, and they shipped it the same day I ordered it. It arrived in a long, sturdy box fully sealed. Opening it, I was pleased that all the pieces were packed in a well-organized way. There were several layers of parts and they were nicely separated by flexible padding. Every piece was individually wrapped in heavy duty plastic wrap to protect from scratching. I was able to put it together in a little over an hour by myself without any problem. The hardware was high quality and a good Allen wrench with a ball end was included. (The ball end is essential for easily starting the screws.) There was an extra hardware piece included of each type. After tightening all the hardware, it turned out to be a very solid cart. The wheels are good quality rubber and it makes no noise rolling on a hard floor. I have no doubts that it can carry the full designated weight of books or anything else. The finish appears to be thick and good quality too. The shelves are 12.5 inches deep—which is more than I need—but the cart would be prone to tipping if they were narrower, so it is very stable as designed. All the welds and metalworking seem to be top notch quality. I am very pleased with this cart and would gladly buy another if needed.

Love this book cart! Solid and well built. Can be put together by one person, but would be easier with about set of hands. Not sure how durable to painted finish will be over time. Hold a ton of books! I got this for a great deal as an Amazon used item and would now consider getting it at regular price. Taller than I expected. Highly recommended.

I needed a book shelf that I could move around & store somewhere else while not in use & then roll over to my desk with my often use resource books, Bibles, Journals, etc... This shelf fits the bill to perfection. A little hard to put together with just one person but it can be done, with two people it wouldn't be an issue at all if you follow the instructions. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

It says it’s a two person job, but I put it together myself in about two hours. It wasn’t hard to put together, but it did require a bit of upper body strength especially just getting the box up the stairs. If you can’t get it delivered right to your door, definitely get a friend or a dolly to get it inside. I got the W-style cart because it’s double sided, and it’s way bigger than I assumed it would be! I fit about three boxes of books and my entire vhs collection with room to spare. I would have given it five stars, but some of the parts were pretty scuffed up. You can fix that pretty easy with a sharpie and magic eraser, but there was also a little warping on one of the shelves that I had to work out before I could screw it together.

This cart looks great on the surface, but it is not sturdy and reliable. The size is great for its intended purpose at our school. If you purchase this cart, you are getting what you pay for, more or less. The price is right for someone in need of a cheaper cart, but in terms of value, it is not amazing. It doesn't matter if the price point is low, if the quality is also low. True Value would be a lower price point with higher quality. The Rollability is great. It is hard to maneuver, which I'm sure led to the issues we faced with the wheels (see video and photos). As far as functionality, this cart functions as intended, albeit not well. After only being assembled less than 3 months, and even less use (maybe once per week at our preschool), the cart is virtually useless. Contacting VEVOR customer service for warranty is not difficult, although a communication barrier left me feeling confused as to what the solution and outcome will actually be. They tell me the side panels need replaced due to a locking nut, but it appears to be something with all four wheels. If it is the side panels, why after limited use over a 3 month period is this cart already falling apart? Either the quality is not great, which would give me pause in purchasing it in the first place, or VEVOR has misunderstood the problem. Either way, the customer service people have been kind, and helpful; but still left me confused as to the outcome of our interaction. I believe I'm getting two new side panels and will have to empty the library cart, take the old side panels off, and reassemble the new pieces?!? This seems to be a storage solution in search of a problem. I purchased this to help consolidate and organize our library at the preschool, but now, in retrospect seem to have created more problems for us.

I needed a sturdy cart for my art books. I like this cart a lot but will echo other reviewers' complaints about assembly. The instructions are partial at best. Two people are needed, as the instructions note, but the instructions are silent on many aspects of the assembly process. So put on your critical thinking cap and get ready to spend twice as long as you thought you would putting the darn thing together.

One side panel came with a problem. I contacted the seller through amazon, gave them my order number, and they shipped me a new part. They messaged every few days with updates while the part came from overseas, it was delivered directly to me and I assembled it with no further problems by myself. I love the rubber wheels, they roll smooth. I intend to use the wall behind them for quilt layout, so this cart will wheel out of the way and back again. Pro tip: don't tighten the shelves to each other until they're in place, you need a little wiggle room to align the side panels. Very heavy, sturdy as heck build.

If you need a library-style cart, this is a viable option. If you assemble it properly, it's very sturdy and easy to maneuver. The magazine holder on the side is a nice little bonus. There may be a few blemishes in the finish, but it does what it's supposed to do. After seeing what the "name brand" carts go for, this was a no-brainer.

We used this in our store and the first caster we saw started to bend in less than 4 months - a year and bit out and that cart casters completely broke and broke the bottom metal away. This is being used as a book cart in a bookstore.
