Good stethoscope for basic diagnostics and emergencies. Still I would prefer a Littmann. Great customer support, I've asked for black ear pieces and rubber protection for chest piece and they provided me the items at no extra cost.

I have used this stethoscope for a week now and I am very impressed by the sound quality. It is not as prestigious as littman but it is just as good if not better than them. It definitely sounds better than the littman classic and the light weight. Only complaint is the bell is a tad heavy besides that I love it. Great buy for the price.

Loud, lightweight and gorgeous!
I got this stethoscope as a gift and I am truly impressed by the excellent sound quality that it has. I am comparing this stethoscope to the MDF® Sprague Rappaport Stethoscope, and I seriously recommend it to any nurse or nursing student as it makes it so easy to identify sounds. In addition, I am able to use it on pediatric patients as it has a dual head that can be rotated. This stethoscope is so much lighter than the one I had before, so I can carry it all day long without neck aches. The rose gold is beautiful, I got the black tubing for which I will not have to worry about having stains. It comes with a couple different sizes ear pieces, which are very convenient when you are smaller than average. And it also comes with a name tag which is beyond convenient. Lastly, it is LIFETIME warranted which is ALWAYS a plus!
