Manuka honey for throat irritation
Taking manuka honey packet 5 times a day slowly to prevent esophageal irritation from lung radiation treatments. So far, so good. Also seem to be getting a boost from taking.

I take this honey in small doses for helping my memory(along with mainly lithium orotate). I am grateful that my memory has been restored to a functioning memory(i.e. not as good as when I was young, but enough to be able to work with my memory). I also take(in small doses) 3 other expensive honeys for the same reason. I'm not sure this helps the memory better than the other 3, but recently(I take these everyday.), I could feel the effect of this honey, while I couldn't feel the effects of the other 3 honeys. To help with costs, I get this honey every 3 months. It's certainly not the honey to use for other things than its medicinal effects. I'm still working on what honey to use for other purposes.

Only ingredient is Manuka Honey and it really works!
Really helps your immune system in fighting off infections. Went on a cruise and got a sinus infection which usually turns into bronchitis for me from coughing. Took this once I felt the sinus infection/sore throat and then took another whenever I felt it was wearing off but I never took more than 3 a day. I did also rinse my nose twice a day with saline solutions. I was back to 100% in 3 days. I had only minor coughs so it never developed into bronchitis. I truly believed this manuka honey saved my cruise vacation. I now carry a few packs with me at all times. Very convenient to pop open and squeeze into mouth. It’s not cheap but I feel it’s well worth it! Make sure to get the MGO 829+ rating honey which is equivalent to UMF 20+
