Leaks and won't work
I bought this for my cat. It's the third model I've tried. The first one slammed the faucet off so hard, my husband thinks it caused the pipe leak that resulted in a water loss. The second one worked better, but I decided to buy this model because it had dual sensors and I thought the cat could work with it better. Now 4 months after the water damage and 2 months after the return date cut-off, my house is finally back together and the first thing I did was to install the infrared attachment. Could never get it to stop leaking and the features won't work. Water just ran through it without ever turning off. I've checked and re-checked the batteries. It doesn't work.

Don't bother
Frankly it has never worked properly. I have tried numerous O-rings, gaskets, but it continues to leak at a rate that is unacceptable. Because I was busy trying to find gaskets to stop the leaking I missed the return date and so I have an expensive piece of junk.

Any suggestions on how to get it to work properly would be great. It was very easy to install
I installed this in my classroom. To get it to turn on I have to put my finger in the bottom sensor. To turn it off I can just wave my hand in front of it. Any suggestions on how to get it to work properly would be great. It was very easy to install. One tip is one of the connectors is already installed on the device. Took me a min to figure that out lol.

No hands will touch your faucet again!
I wasn't so sure in the beginning, our parlor bathroom is so small. I love this and wish I could put it on all the bathroom sinks. It does not fit all faucets, even if it fits most. Hands free. You gotta love it.

I like the idea and hate the quality of it
I like the idea and hate the quality of it. The product exploded after 3 weeks due to water pressure. If manufacture improves its quality, I will make a purchase again.
