Great quality camera
Great quality camera. 960p high resolution, and this camera system does not require professional setup. you can do it yourself. plug and play. just hook up the camera and plug into the power no set up required. and it will auto search/sync for the camera. this is the first wireless camera system I ever owned. no complain so far. I have the system for a week no problem given so far. the iphone app associated with this system very user friendly. Everyone can set it up and you dont need to hire professional to get the job done. Also it supports play back on your smart phone. this is an important feature for me. I did not hook it up with the monitor. I only use my desktop monitor for the initial setup. Once you have everything setup you can always view it from your phone. you dont need to buy monitor or tv for the system. Overall, great system for a decent price.

Clear image, no WiFi needed.
Before I placed the order, I've checked some reviews. There were people who complained about the unuseful manual. Since the price was very attractive, I still decided to give this a camera a chance. The installation doesn't take very long. I used two hours, which include mounting the four cameras and connected to a monitor. I didn't realize that this set didn't come with a hard drive to store videos. I would wish to have included the hard drive with reasonable increased price, so I no longer need to purchase a hard drive separately. The good news is this set doesn't need a hard drive to run properly. I can always check each camera instantly, but cannot trace back. The quality of the image is satisfiable, I could spend more time to get the 1080 HD, but this one (960 HD) has been able to capture clear images. My most favorite function of this security camera is that it doesn't use my paid wifi network. It has its own wifi transmitter and receiver, which can run even without any wifi network.I owned this only for a few weeks. So far, looks good. If it dies in a short amount of time, I will update my review later.

A True Plug and Play Experience! So easy to setup!
If you are looking for an actual plug and play experience with a security system this is it. The good news is you don’t even have to be tech savvy. I will share my set up experiences and some of the menu options so you can see for yourself. I did upload many photos however sometimes all of them don’t post, please let me know if you see any photos missing. (14 Photos Uploaded)Setting up the system:Step 1)First things first, as stated clearly this security system does not come with a Harddrive, you must buy your own. I highly recommend you get the Western Digital Purple (for surveillance) I have used these before and they work great for the amount of saving and rewriting this HDD will do. If you want the HDD pre-installed you can get their other system which has it pre-installed but you do pay more for it.Once you have your HDD, locate (and unscrew) the 2 black screws on the back of the NVR Box. This will allow you to slide open the top of the box, place your HDD in the box and align with the screw holes at the bottom. Thankfully you get a small pack of 4 screws with this system, you will find it in the bag with your paper work. Mount the HDD and attach the sata and power cable. See my photo for reference.Step. 2)After the HDD is installed you need to make sure you have 2 things ready. 1) make sure you have a monitor that will work with this box, any monitor with an HDMI or VGA connection will work. I did run into an issue where one of my monitors did not detect the box after its initial load. So I switched to another monitor. Not sure if it was an improper screen resolution on my end, likely so. After your monitor is connected go ahead and connect the mouse to the usb port. It is a crappy mouse, but hey least it came with one :). Next, assuming you want to be able to use the phone app to check your cameras from anywhere, make sure you position your NVR Box (and monitor) near your wireless router box, you will want to run an Ethernet cable from a lan port on your router to the wan port on your NVR. Lastly just attached the two provided antennas to the back of the box.Now that your HDD is in, your monitor is connected, and you are wired to your router, now you can plug in the power cord to your NVR box. You will be greeted with the Xmarto load up screen.Step. 3)You will need to initialize the system for the first time use. The first thing you are asked is would you like to scan a qr to download the mobile app. It will take you to download Xmarto Wall Pixel, however I preferred the Eseenet+ app (seen in the photos) which works well too. The next two screens will prompt you to do 2 things. You will have the option to format your HDD, simply check the box and click format, you must format for first time use. The other screen you will see will test your network, so long as you are connected properly you will see “Healthy Network”. There are many more options however not are “crucial” to the setup, if you get this security system you will have time to set it up to your liking.Step. 4)Now it is time to add cameras and this couldn’t be any simpler. All you need to do… just plug them into a power outlet(and of course their antenna) ! I really suggest making sure to test them in a close by setup to make sure everything connects and works properly, then once you know they do, you can move them to a more permanent location. It is SOOO easy to add more cameras, and I provided a photo of the menu were you can easily move which camera in the order (screen location) you want. You really do not need to do anything to add the cameras, it truly is plug and play.Step. 5)So you want to view your camera feed when you are away from home? Again, make sure your NVR box is connected to your router. Next go into your downloaded app add a new device, I named mine “Home Security” then add your device ID into the field box. This is like your NVRs finger print, don’t share this with others as they could get into your feed. The last thing is to add a password, leave black if you have not set a password. (this is easily done in the NVRs menu). After you add this device, you can at any time open the app and click your device name and it will start to stream your security cameras. I love it! Caution: It will use A LOT of data if you are using your cell phone signal. So it is best to connect your phone to wifi if you wish to watch your stream. Conclusion:But that is the set up. It literally takes no time at all. I am very very pleased with this system and the camera quality is great. This newer model has been greatly improved in regards to their wireless. The menu and responsiveness is great as well. There was only one thing I wish this system had which is lan ports. If you notice the cameras do have a power cord AND a lan cord.. Unfortunately you cannot wire these cameras to your NVR box so is has to be completely wireless. Which is fine as the wireless seems to work just fine. There older models has the extra lan ports, I wish they did not remove them. You get everything you need with this security system, you just need to provide your own HDD, but they have made it so easy for any novice to set up. I am truly please with how easy and pain free this experience was. Again, I hope all my photos show.. if you have any questions please leave comments below I will gladly answer them.

Satisfied.
This Wireless Security Camera System works Great. It was super duper easy to setup. After mounting the cameras I had all four cameras working in about half-hours.The image is sharp and the colors are rich. I'm very satisfied with the clarity and resolution this system has. The mobile app was easy to install on my smartphone with very little configuration. It’s so cool to pull it up anytime I want to see what’s going on.And,I am actually very happy with the video quality too. The refresh and frame rate are good for what I need.So far the cameras seem to capture even slight movements, like the neighbors cat traveling to my backyard. It looks so interesting.Honestly, by this price range I am not sure I couldn't expect more.At least for now I'm satisfied. If something changes, and the performance goes down, I will update my review.

Great and affordable product
Great and affordable product. Setup was easy except adding an extra camera, and only because I've missed the separate guide (provided) for the process. Works fine so far (2 weeks online), recording quality is sufficient, night vision is pretty decent. Mobile app is pretty basic, but does what it suppose to do (monitoring video streams remotely). I'd love to have more access to system settings over the phone too, which would maybe allow one to completely (or mostly) use mobile device instead of the monitor to control the system, maybe in future updates, don't know.
