Absolute great system
I've had this system for over 6 months now - fantastic system. Exactly what I wanted. Color imaging is unbelievable. You won't be disappointed. The cameras withstand -25 C temperatures. Hopefully the iOS app is improved upon re: search functionality...

Best Customer Service EVER!
Purchased this past August, set up was simple.A few days ago I lost my display and e-mailed them, had a FAST response.After a few e-mails we determined that the NEW HDD I installed was defective, placing too much of a load on the power pack.I would reccomend them to my Mother!Thanks, XMARTO for the help!

Easy to install
Good a night and perfect in the day. I can stream live to my phone and see what's going on at home for free. Super awesome!

Good at first
I have bought 2 of these systems and they last about a year before they fry. They work great up until then then nothing.

website advertising and pictures suggest system much better than actually is
No night Vision, not even close. need to light the area with external light to have any vision at all. You see less with the camera than if you were standing there. lens is not very wide angle, don't use unless your in a very large area, not for normal size rooms, OK for seeing across the street. camera needs to be at least 40 feet away to see one full car. website advertising and pictures suggest system much better than actually is. High ratings seem to be unrealistic and grandiose.Viewing app will not work without access to photos, media, camera, and files on your cell phone.

Not good for long term usage
My system is less than 2 years old and all but 1 camera is so blurry now that you can't hardly make out anything on them. I contacted zmartO when they were just over a year old and was sent a program to upgrade them. I was told if that didn't work that more than likely the cameras were going bad. Unfortunately they would not help me after that because my 1 year warranty was up. Pretty poor quality cameras if they won't last much over a year when they have all been kept inside and away from the elements. If you're going to buy these cameras don't expect long term use out of them. Being a business on a very strict budget does not allow for easy replacement. Spend a little more money and get good cameras.
