Endurance Fruit Fly Trap Set of 2

Quality ceramic with a nice finish. Feels similar to a coffee mug. It has lasted me over a year and I'm sure it will last many more, maybe even decades with care.Easy to set out, just pour some apple cider vinegar in and add a drop of dish soap. You can smell the vinegar if you get your face down close to it, but it isn't an issue in regular use. It looks nice around the home.Effective and easy to check on the number of flies, so you can confirm it is working. Simply lift the cover and have a look. A small depression in the edge makes it easy to lift the lid up, but lets the rest of the edge hold it nicely in place. In the few times I've needed to use this trap, it has wiped out any fruit flies in just a few days.Easy to clean. Dump out the vinegar and flies, rinse it out, and put it through the dishwasher. Then it can sit in a cabinet until it is needed again.These are a much better solution then the cheap plastic traps that can't be cleaned or reused. Its more money up front, but will be cheaper in the long run. All while looking nicer. (Also no repeated waste, aside from vinegar and soap packaging)

At certain times of the year, my place has in the past been swarming with annoyingly cunning little fruit flies. But a couple years ago I finally did a search and found out how to make homemade traps, first by piercing holes on the top of pickle juice jars, then by covering small glasses with vinegar with plastic wrap that were pierced with small holes as well. These all worked well, but ugly to look at.This product does everything those did, but they fit right into my normal kitchen and bathroom decor with one barely noticing them. They're sort of stealthy to the eye in the mix with appliances and kitchen tools, even in the midst of random clutter they look tasteful and attractive. And for that it gets 5 stars from this buyer. So happy I bought another set when I was certain they do indeed trap those pesty, nasty little creatures.

It has a flat bottom and is heavy, unlike the plastic apple-shaped traps, so my cats can't knock it over. It fits in with my kitchen/living room/bedroom decor, and no on would suspect it's a fly trap. I can go about 3 days before emptying them, so I've got to buy a bigger bottle of apple cider vinegar! But I can't believe how many it catches! I can finally eat and read and use my computer without stupid fruit flies and gnats crawling all over me and my reptiles and my stuff (source of flies: feeder insect colonies.)

These look just like my other canisters on the counter and you can't see bugs inside! Easy to fill with some apple cider and soap, and easy to clean in the dishwasher. They work well for fruit flies, but if you have sewer flies, you'll need different bait, as I was surprised to discover.

I had these out, along with simple little sauce bowls with plastic wrap coverings with holes punched in them, the bowls with the plastic wrap caught fruit flies and gnats, but these caught NORTHING, not a single bug! To be fair, I waited for over a month before leaving this review and they STILL haven't caught anything.

I bought bananas the other day and instantly the fruit flies appeared. I bought the set of 2 of these understanding some people said they didn't work. I filled both with red wine and a 1/2" piece of banana. At first the fruit flies appeared to go into the hole and leave which made me think this was a scam. With great joy it turned out these work! After 24 hours the cluster of 15-20 fruit flies disappeared. I have no opened the traps yet but I highly recommend this item.

I purchased these ahead of the time I planned to use them or I would have requested a replacement because one of the two was broken. The other works extremely well.

Apple cider plus a couple of drops of dish washer soap and bang! I love that you can just dump the contents and dead fruit flies and clean and reuse!!

Ordered a set of two and only one arrived. The bottom of the box is labelled set of 2 but there is clearly only one in the box. This looks like a human error but I am still one short. Otherwise the quality looks ok but have not used it yet

I purchased a set of two of these trap but unfortunately when I received the package and opened it, there was only one in the box.

I ordered this twice, it says it’s a 2 pack and both times I only received 1 piece.

Cute container however only received one when item description says and shows 2.

Why are we receiving 1 item when this was for a set of 2!?
