Very good product
Most sellers insist on comparing the product image with original one. It becomes impossible to do so having lost the original one. But this product is sold subject to return if not compatible. Terrible product. It stopped working after 10 days.

Room Temperature button doesn't work
Normal quality plastic material, Room Temperature button does not work. Checked with supplier, Room Temperature button will work only with original LG remotes. This information is not mentioned in product specifications. Made call to customer service and returning this back.

A genuine product
I'm living in a rented apartment and there was a AC of Samsung Model 2012 and the remote was missing. So I checked online for the manual and from there I got the photo of remote and then I match the same photo with Amazon products and remote works very fine And each and every function is working. Nice product.
