This is not medicine where dosage is important. Drop 1 bottle into any gas tank, and fill it up so the new gas will mix the product with the whole tank.

What is considered "high mileage"? I am at 30k miles.

depends on the car company, fiat 75K is it, new engine please, mercedes, lexus types 150K, 200K diesel.
