I love the size of this machine, it's perfect to use on small jobs and in vehicles. Also very easy to clean which is a big plus for me backseat I hate how dirty carpet cleaners can get, I don't think this will have that problem. I have used it to clean a spot on my bed and the floors in my car, it worked very well doing this. Powerful suction and left the area relatively dry. Recommend this product to anyone looking for a small carpet cleaner. Great price and value!!

Do you have kids or pets that just get stains all over every soft surface in the house? If so you are really going to want one of these in your home. Super easy to use and gets your upholstery looking brand new. I would prefer a slightly larger model, but this one is very portable and does an amazing job. Removes stains like they were never there and leaves everything smelling great.

I bought this a while ago, but didn't use it until yesterday. I bought it primarily for carpet on the stairs and small area rugs. It worked fabulously and got out an embarrassing amount of dirt as proven by the color of the extracted water. 2 tips when you are finished and about to clean the machine. 1) Before doing anything, take a shallow dish of clean water and have the machine suck that up to clean the inside of the brush head. 2) Before you empty the dirty water, take a look at the placement of the plastic tube's inside the container, so it's easy to put them back in the right place. I gave the machine only 4 stars instead of 5, because I found it impossible to get the last bit of water out of the clean water tank. I'm hoing it will evaporate before mold develops.

I own a larger full area rug cleaner. Not worth hauling the big albatross out for quick clean up of coffee, spaghetti sauce that spilled on carpet. Fast dry (within 22 minutes) completely removed entire stain, has great suction power. Worth the value and a time saver. Use it on my rug in office constantly as that seems to be where my critter likes to release her yak piles.

The fill tank leaked after only using it twice, there is no replacement tank available what a mistake in buying an off market item, there is NO CUSTOMER service as a matter of fact there is NO such company on the internet at all. Vacasso is a scam and they SUCK.

Decided to ship back. Did not have the suction I needed to clean upholstery.

So, I bought this based on customer reviews and only used it a few times when my dog bit the hose and it would no longer suck up the liquid. Pretty useless at that point. I contacted the manufacturer hoping to buy a new replacement hose. Unfortunately, they don't sell replacement parts. What they did do however, was replace the whole unit at no charge! Mind you, the issue was not their fault. I am just amazed at their customer service. This all happened within a week. So quick. They went above and beyond. Not very common nowadays. I'm so appreciative!

I started out loving this machine, I used it to clean two upholstered chairs, some carpet spots, and some stairs. I dumped the tanks and didn't need to use it again for a while. I don't know what happened when it sat on the shelf in the storage closet, but the vacuum works, and the spray does not. I went from just clear water to warmer, clear water; I removed the spray head and held the hose much lower than the unit. I've done every trick I can find; it doesn't spray anything. I liked the light weight of this machine, and when it worked, it was great. But now I'm left with a mini wet vac; unfortunately, it has been 10 months since I purchased it. Again, when it worked the suction of the machine and the cleaning was good. I reduced my stars by two due to the longevity.
