Why does this product have a cancer warning?

It’s not a cancer warning. It is a legal requirement for many beauty products as they are not regulated by the FDA. They are required to put it so you won’t confuse the product for being approved to treat or cure a skin condition like psoriasis or eczema. If you look closely it’s on a lot of products.

Is this totally natural .?

I believe so. I see nothing in the ingredients that would suggest otherwise. Good product for older skin.

Can this help in reducing bumps/comedones? Considering it has many enzymes in it....
