The media could not be loaded. Title: Best Fire I’ve Ever Bought!I recently purchased this fire after trying many expensive ones over the years, and I must say, this one is by far the best. It operates quietly and provides us with lovely heat. The output is fantastic, and the different coloured flames are just lovely. I was worried about the noise from other reviews but i find it quiet. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. This fire is absolutely fantastic and I can't believe the flame choices. I have been making changes to my lounge on a budget and the fire has completed the look that I wanted. I have a lot of mood lighting in my lounge and the flames on the fire match perfectly with the colours. It arrived early and was delivered well packed by a lovely man and nothing was too much trouble for him. the manual is so easy to understand and the accessories are brilliant ie logs and glass coal. My fireplace is very old, so when I took out the old fire the hole was too small to fit the back of the fire inside but fits perfectly to the wall. Looks great and would highly recommend 👌 Please note the noise in the background is my fan and not the fire

Does not give out as much heat as previous gas fire

Problem with delivery (UPS issue). As soon as I contacted the seller he immediately sent a new package out. Now it is finally here, we love it. The warm glow is comforting.Thanks for your help Will :)

I was a bit scared to order ad it cost much less than many similar fires. Reviews were good so I ordeted. I am so pleased with it, it is a lovely fire with many different flame colours.

The media could not be loaded. Just perfect, 9 different colours but l just love the 3+4 options on a medium setting, it has ceramic logs & little black glass coals - looks like the fire screen savers for TV at the back of it. Waiting to have old gas fire removed & this fitted so it is just sitting on hearth in the video, it looks even better in real life. The lead is white, think black would have been better but won't see it once fitted. Lot cheaper than the Optiflame l was looking at plus it has remote control, timer & I'm very pleased with it thank you.

I like the flames my cat does also.Why I give it 4 stars is because it was hard to get the right heat, but once you get it right it’s amazing
