Beautiful Mayan Glyph ceramic Pendant made from high fire clay. This clay bead has been hand formed by me, air dried for several days, painstakingly carved with the Tzolk'in Mayan Glyph for K'AN then fired for several hours at 1900F, glazed and fired for several more hours. Resistant to all the elements, and made to last! Threaded onto a tough black adjustable 2mm thick Hemp cord. The bead itself measures 1-1/8 inches long by 1 inch wide by 1/4 inch thick ( 28mm x 25mm x 7mm). **Only one model has been made, unique creation, what you see in the photo is what you will receive. Colour will vary from PC monitor to smartphone screen.** K'AN (pronounced KAHN) Maize was a staple food and many rituals were based on its life-cycle. Babies' heads were even molded into corncobs in homage to the Maize God. Characteristics: Carries the energies of performance, sexual maturity and independence.
