I'm not completely sure how many spiders it has detoured, but the smell is pleasant if you like natural sents.

As expected, these guys do smell STRONGLY of rosemary, with a hint of citronella. Aside from a remote storage closet, I can't imagine putting these in any living area. The smell isn't unpleasant, but very strong. We've built a new house and I want to keep spiders to a minimum in our crawl space. It's sealed so my thought was that if I can protect the door, I shouldn't see too many pests. I tried my best to clear out the existing 8-legged residents and attached one of these by the door. After more than a month, I only found one new 'guest'. After a month, the intensity of the odor had diminished significantly, so i can see why they need to be replaced monthly. That monthly maintenance seems like a bit of a pain, and cost-wise, more expensive than a chemical spray. If I use all 4 of these packs and still see no new spiders I may consider continuing.

They seem to be doing a good job

It’s very strong scented, I’ll give it that but it didn’t deter the spiders. Also it’s expensive for 4 small satchels that didn’t work. Also the scent died down quickly, quicker than 30 days, like it had a half life release.

I received this from the Amazon Vine program and am leaving my review voluntarily.So in the storage areas we put these out and so far have not seen any spiders. But we have seen a spider here and there in the bathroom (where is none of this) However beware the smell is very strong and unpleasant.$25.90 seems an excessive price point to me.

I love the smell of these CAB packets! They seem to be working so far on deterring spiders and mice!

I live in the Rocky Mountains and installed these in my basement couple months ago and replaced with new ones a month later but spiders keep coming back and are present just a couple feet next to the pouches. On a daily basis. Sorry but do not recommend and obviously this product does not work...

I placed these indoor spider control sachets in the corners of two picture windows in the garage that were covered in spider webs, and I haven’t seen any since. The packets smell very strong at first so if it’s in an area where you will be, make sure you like peppermint. I personally like the smell, another family member did not. I use botanical pest control every year so I knew what to expect. In combination with outdoor pest control around the perimeter it does a good job at deterring the bugs.
