I bought this for my 5 year old nephew. He LOVES spiderman and this costume is well made and made him very happy. The padding makes it look like a proper costume rather than like a jumpsuit. The headpiece does fit him but is uncomfortable for him to wear for long (although I did appreciate the breathing holes in it!) It is expensive for a kids costume, and the fabric plus padding means an active kid overheats very quickly. But if you're buying for a child who is very into spiderman I have it on good authority (a 5 year olds birthday party) that this is the 'best' one of these kinds of costumes, and is more sought after by the kids than the non-padded kind.

6year old grandson was delighted with the Spider-Man outfit, which replaced an outgrown one. He particularly liked the “padded muscles” and wore it for World Book day. It is a good fit and comfortable to wear.

Main outfit true to size age 3-4 Head piece way too small so eyes not in the right place. Gloves huge, would fit 10 year old!!!! Sold as a set so sizing should be a acurate for age group. Disappointing.
