A true life saver
These are wonderful! If you suffer from nausea these a must! Iโve had nausea for years and no prescription medication or OTC medication ever helps but these are a true blessing! If Iโm coming down with nausea I put one on or I always wake up around 3 AM with nausea so I wear one to bed and havenโt had nausea since! Life savers!! I shared one with a friend too

It hurt my wrist and thumb.
The bracelet actually hurt me. I didnโt have it on tight, just enough to keep it in place and it caused swelling and a depression in my wrist. After removing it the swelling resolved but went into my thumb and it was painful and I couldnโt move it for a few days. I donโt recommend it.
