Do people ever use lanb's wool to soften their heels

I only use lamb's wool when my toes need protection and padding or the shoe is rubbing. I've never heard of using it to soften heels.

This gets all matted down in the toes of my shoes. Is there a way to refluff it?

I cut mine in a strip and had to wrap it around my toe. Yes it did get matted between the toes. Sorry I couldn’t be more help

What are approximate measurements of each pad?

They come in strings at least 12" long. Very effective!
