Great for period pains.
It's great for my period pain. I got lavender free as scents can be overwhelming for me. It really helps my pain and I feel after sleeping with this then a hot water bottle.

A little on the small side
The only reason I have not given this full marks is that it is small compare with the one I had previously. Had I realised I would have purchased a different one instead. It is ok if there is only a small area to be treated but not large enough for neck/shoulders

I use the wheatie for my puppy (enclosed in a thick cushion cover) She absolutely loves it. I have just purchased another one to be used from the freezer. Fantastic quality and good price

Half empty
I bought it for the shoulders but the bag is half empty and it doesn't hold in place, all the filling just ends up on the sides. It would just long enough, but otherwise it's not very useful. Holds heat for about 20mins.
