These are amazing. The instructions suggest wearing them overnight, but I personally don’t like sleeping in socks, so I only wear them for a couple of hours each evening. Even with limited use, they took my heels from extremely dry and cracked to soft and smooth after just one use. They work incredibly well with almost any lotion or moisturizer. The silicone lining really helps lock everything in. I’ve also washed them multiple times and they’ve held up great so far. Definitely worth it.

Used this while wearing my ankle brace and it kept my brace from rubbing a blister on my foot. Did moisturizer a little and enjoyed the extra cushion that it offered.

I wish I had taken a picture of my heals last night because when I woke up this morning I audibly gasped. My entire foot from the toes, to the arch, and to the heal was cracked, tight, dry, and wrinkly (I’m 33 by the way). I’ve never had soft feet and my feet have always been cracked to some degree but I never cared. But recently my heals started to snag my couch any time I sat down. So I said enough is enough. Now I want to preface, this sock was not the only product I used last night but I do believe this sock aloud all the other products I used to do their job properly. I woke up with literal baby feet! I couldn’t believe it. I spent last night using an electric file dry, then soaked my feet for 20 min, filed again, then applied CeraVe healing ointment. Applied the healing sock and then another sock over that sock because my toes are also dry and I really wanted to lock in moisture there too. Although my toes were also soft the next day, they were nothing like my heals which got the benefit of the sock. I can’t describe the significance one night made and the weeks it would have taken had I just applied lotion alone. I can’t wait to do this for weeks and see what happens. Get it! And if your feet are supper bad like mine I suggest investing in an electric file as well. Both were magic.
