What are the differences between this model and the Palpak100?

The palpak100 has a shorter stretch film handle and the 200 has longer one so you don’t have to bend over as far to start wrapping from the bottom of the pallet going up. The handle is also tapered for a better grip.

When you say it goes up to 18" film, is that also including the 1/2" inner tube that brings the overall length to almost 19"?
