[BELLAMONSTER] Salmon DNA Cream 50ml, Skin Repairing & Nourishing

A couple weeks ago, I just about destroyed the top layer of my skin trying out a new exfoliating cleanser, horrible peeling flaking sensitive skin. I gave my skin a couple days to heal, but it just wasn't recovering as quickly as I hoped. On the third day, I gave in and ordered this cream and I haven't regretted it at all. This cream leaves my skin bouncy, and while I do still get gross and oily at the end of the day, my skin has remained clear of rabid hormonal breakouts even during my period. Will definitely purchase this again!

I bought this hoping it would be a morning moisturizer. It came well-packaged and with a safety seal, and I have no complaints about the tube itself (easy squeeze tube for no mess and hygienic). The texture of the product is interesting—it’s thick and bouncy, and once it starts warming up on your hand, it applies fairly easily. There is really no scent, and there is a decent amount of product in the tube. The issues I have with the product, however, is the absorption rate and its spreadability on my skin (for reference, I have dry, sensitive skin). This stuff absorbs VERY quickly once it’s spread on the skin, which in this case is not really a good thing. It sticks to your skin where you spread it and doesn’t budge, which makes me tug at my skin inadvertently in an effort to massage the product more thoroughly all over my face. The finishing texture/spreading feeling on the face is very reminiscent of glue. On my skin, it’s also not nearly moisturizing enough—it feels like it’s just sitting on top of my skin.I wouldn’t recommend this for people with dry skin, it’s just not hydrating enough. The spreadability and odd glue-like feeling of the product is also just not for me. I like thick and emollient moisturizers (for instance, the Bobbi Brown Hydrating Face cream is one of my all-time favorites) and so I thought I’d like this one, but it doesn’t spread or absorb very well. It feels almost more like a gel than a cream.I do still use this product, but only for my neck as an added skincare step at night. I no longer use it on my face.

Didn’t like. Skin didn’t feel different or look different. However I couldn’t use that long cause the SMELL! WOW! Intense with perfume smell. Also nothing on packaging is in English. I returned.

Very novel and interesting texture (feels like mochi and is pretty fun to poke). Does a good job of moisturizing, but I'm not sure about its other claims since fine lines isn't a problem for me.I have oily/combo skin, so I only use this on my cheeks where there are dry patches or sometimes at night when I want more heavy moisturization. I definitely do not recommend for oily skinned people to use this during the day. It's a bit too heavy for that. But this works great at night, as it gives you more "bouncy" skin the next morning.

Works as a great base before putting on moisture and makeup. Already seeing results!
