This pillow was not at all ergonomic. it was too hard and too high. The height would be ok if it was a bit soft and your head could sink in but that wasn't the case.

Good product one month review
I have been using this pillow for a month now. It is good and memory form quality is also good. The softness of pillow according to me is on medium firm and height is little less than claimed in product description but you will not feel the difference if using for first time. I have used better quality than this one but this is not also bad in this price. I bought this for around โน800 in prime sale.
