Impressed
Assembly was quick and easy. Used on a trip that considered of about 10 hours of driving each way so far. No issues. Cargo bag was great. So far send like a phenomenal value for the money!

High quality sturdy hitch attachment with waterproof bag included!
Incredibly versatile storage attachment for our hitch. We used this on a trip up north and it was perfect for extra storage. The carrier basket is much sturdier than i expected. Great Quality. The Waterproof bag was a great bonus. It rained on our trip but everything we stored inside stayed dry. This was a perfect high quality fit that i would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra storage.

Worth it
So we just finished an 18 hour drive. Most of it was at expressway speeds of 75 mph+ and at least half of it was in a rainy downpour. The rack was easy enough to assemble but is much easier with 2 people. Make sure it is CENTERED on your car and tied down properly without loose ends or small open areas that will whistle. If you load your bag properly to be as aerodynamic as you can you'll cut down on noise and increase gas mileage. We did see a loss of about 2-3 mpg as a result which we feel is well worth the extra space. The waterproofing was flawless but again, do it correctly. Your zipper needs to be facing the BACK of the car. All these reviews about poor waterproofing are either user error or perhaps a defect but we had no issues. The clip straps weren't the best quality but we plan to replace them with 2 more ratchet straps instead (this already comes with 2). Load was secure the whole way home from Florida and came out unharmed and dry as a bone. We fit a very large suitcase, 3 backpacks, some shopping bags and a hard 25 gal tote full of dog food in it easily with room to spare. Product seems pretty durable but we've only used it once. For less than $200 for this and the crossbars for our car, I would say it's well worth the price. A hard shell is easily 5x the cost so I would say well worth it. Just use it correctly.

Brackets are strange but everything works very well.
Rack goes together pretty easy. The only thing I don't like about it is that the brackets, I think, are strangely made. They don't actually clamp together around the bars of the rack. It is more of a nub that protrudes from the top brackets and tightens against the bottom bracket. I included pics to see. The other strange thing is that when the knobs are tightened down, a good portion the screw protrudes which would make me think the screws would rip the cargo bag. But it seems sturdy. Overall, it seems alright. Edit: Cargo bag. This bag has held up since coming to Minnesota 7 weeks ago and it has been out in the elements this while time. I've been on a travel assignment, jeep camping. We went through 2 blizzards, some pretty good rain episodes, I had it on the top of the jeep for 5 weeks until I got settled into a permanent camp site and this thing stayed on, didn't get wet, didn't rip, and stayed closed. When I went out, I locked it with holes in the zippers. It can store a lot of stuff in it. I am very glad I got this thing. I did take it off the jeep and it's now just chilling on the ground, holding my extra camping stuff I need as the weather changes and so far, everything has stayed dry. I would definitely buy again!

Just what was needed
Used on our 2022 Hylander during a 1,500 mile round trip, sometimes in pouring rain. The rack is easy to assemble, but somewhat heavy. Might require two people to mount on top of roof. The rack almost fit the two factory cross bars perfectly. Just a little off, so we placed the slightly higher end in the rear, leaning the front downward into the wind. The bag is quality built and kept everything dry. The biggest con is loading the bag. Used a two-step step ladder to get high enough to do so. Had to hoist suit cases up and into the bag and adjust the tie downs. The bag held two meduim suit cases side-by-side up front with room to put more in the rear of the bag. There is also room in the rack in back of the bag. TIP: Secure the bag SNUGGLY with all four straps to prevent flapping wear.

Sturdy overall but the brackets don't fit any crossbar unless it is flat on the bottom.
Upon opening the package, I found the bag to be sturdier and thicker than I originally thought which was a very nice surprise. The cage was easy to put together. The brackets seem designed only for cross bars that are flat on the bottom which mine aren't. This means the brackets naturally bend upon tightening. That doesn't seem right to me. The brackets also have lug nuts that stick upwards into the bag that came with the cage as a full kit. Even though they have rounded corners, they could rub against the bag regardless of the netting being over all of it. I will be using it on my trip in a couple of days and will see how it fares while in use. It worked well on my trip. I put foam on the nodules that stuck up into the bag to minimize the rubbing and that worked well. While driving, there was a bit of wind noise but it wasn’t very loud and I felt it was secure during my entire trip. I checked around the cage every time I got gas and, for the most part, the snaps stayed secure. I only had to re-secure a couple the entire time. It was pretty easy to take off when I got to the campsite and then put back together when packing to go home. I really enjoyed knowing the water proof bag was keeping all my stuff dry since it rained almost the entire drive there, everyday we were camping and only stopped for the last few hours before we left. The bag was sturdy, water proof and easy to get in to. The cage, except for the only flat attachments, was secure and solid and quieter than I expected. Overall it was totally worth the cost!

ripped in multiple places on first trip
First of all, the rack, itself, has held up well. It was easy enough to put together that my middle schooler did it himself with only a little input from me at the end (which I'm not sure he really even needed). It attached easily to a set of roof rails I bought at Walmart. We used it for the first time for a long-distance trip recently. We used the metal rack, the fabric carrier, and the straps to hold it down (we didn't use the netting or the straps that attach the rack to your door frames as we have a roof rack). It kept everything dry during a heavy rainstorm we drove through. I did make sure to zip the zipper pulls to the back of the carrier where they wouldn't be exposed to driving rain. It was easy to pack (considering it was on the top of a tall SUV) and easy to cinch down so that it was quite secure. The only tedious part was securing the excess strap so it wouldn't flop around. On the second to last day of our 12-day trip, during which the rack was in use for 4-5 days, we discovered that the top of the carrier had developed threadbare abrasions in random places and one of the straps had had worn down to the point where it only half of it was intact! This is the reason for only one star. A carrier should last much longer than one car trip. I have contacted the company for a warranty claim and am waiting to hear back from them. I will update with the outcome of that. ETA: After several messages back and forth and me sending photos (and maybe a video of water pouring through one of the holes--it's been a while, now, so I don't remember that part), the seller partially refunded my purchase.
