Has it been tested for radiation and or other chemicals?

Yes, according to their website they do test it before they sell it. I haven't tested it for radiation or chemicals myself as I don't have the proper lab equipment at home anymore (there was an accident involving my containment unit, the EPA, and an Ivo Shandor apartment/Gozarian Gateway)

Is the Ujido tea organic? I don't see it in the package if it isn't or not.

Definitely yes and made in Japan

Absolutely none thats displayed on ingredients. This is the best green tea matcha I've ever had if that helps.

Is it too much to add a tablespoon of this to 40 oz of water?

No, I use a tablespoon in 8oz of oakmilk for a matcha latte. Delicious!
