Good monitor, good value
Great picture, easy to setup, very durable and works with everything, I liked this monitor so much I bought a second one a few months later. Great for office work and gaming.

Go for an OLED
This ain't it. I bought this as a "upgrade" for my Gigabyte M28U which is hanging up in my living room. To test the screen I was comparing it to my Samsung 77 inch OLED, my Asus laptop with a OLED screen, and the Gigabyte M28u (which is just a standard IPS panel). To start. I didn't hit the panel lottery, there is a pretty bad backlight bleed in the lower right corner which is apparent even when watching content, but even ignoring that, SDR content is meh. I wasnt expecting OLED blacks, but the blacks dont even get as deep as my Gigabyte monitor and the colors seem off and dull compared to the Gigabyte. in HDR however, MASSIVE improvement, much deeper blacks, and better color pop, however, the blooming is unacceptable. the halo around my mouse cursor or any type of white text makes its use as a monitor unusable. I played around with what settings the monitor provided, but couldn't get it to where the picture quality was impressive. Maybe a professional calibration can bring about the best in it, but for now, its going back. Update: So after finding a calibrated ICC profile it made a HUGE difference in SDR. I can't even emphasise how poorly this monitor is calibrated out of the box. In SDR mode with local dimming set to high gives me the best picture quality, the IPS "glow" or Backlight bleed disappears. I'd like to also note, with my first review I was using Linux, as a test I installed Windows (yuck) and a lot of the blooming issues with local dimming seems to have disappeared. I'm not sure why this is exactly, I know Windows is more mature with its HDR algorithms, but it even improved the local dimming algorithm in SDR content as well.

Great panel on a budget, frustrating KVM and input switching
Lets start with the good, if all you want is a nice panel that won't break the bank. This works great. Looks awesome in games, very little input latency, HDR content. etc etc, its an OLED, just get it if its in your budget. Most people will likely not have any issues with this thing. The primary functionality of displaying stuff is good. Okay now the bad, its long because it needs to be. This won't apply to everyone, but if you want to use the KVM / USB dock, or simply want to switch inputs between two or more plugged in devices, keep reading... Starting with the KVM / USB Dock issues. This could potentially burn in your monitor over time if you aren't careful. I won't gripe about it too much since this can be fixed with an external KVM / Dock Keep in mind, this issue depends on your devices or input configuration but, I've got a run of the mill Windows laptop plugged in over USB C, and a PC plugged in over Displayport. This issue all starts when the laptop goes to sleep, the monitor switches to the PC that is also plugged in. Well, that disconnects the dock from the laptop, which in turn wakes it up causing it to reconnect to the monitor and switch between inputs in a slow but infinite loop! If you don't catch this behavior, your monitor could very well be burning in from this over time without you even noticing why. Okay for basic input switching functionality, I'm not going easy on them for on this. Even $5 monitors from 25 years ago found at goodwill on their last leg do a better job than this thing. How is it this bad? Like almost any monitor, you can manually select inputs in the OSD, there is an automatic input feature and each discrete input can also be selected. The auto feature is fine if you want that. If you want to manually select an input with more than one thing plugged in, good luck and keep reading... Okay first, not as bad, but not great. If you manually switch inputs, and the display 'sees' a black screen, ie. from a second display on a windows login. Its technically an active input, just the entire screen is black. The monitor will automatically switch inputs to the previous one after only 1-2 seconds afterwards, even if you specifically told it what input you want to use in the OSD. This improves a little if active content is on the input you are switching to, but still this thing struggles daily for me. It will inconsistently switch the input back to the previous one, even if content is on the input you are switching to. I constantly have to unplug the DP cable on the back to get around this. On top of all this, about once a week, the monitor needs a full power cycle to successfully switch inputs at all, even after you physically unplug all but the one input you want, simply just a terrible experience. Here is the thing, if a monitor or any screen really has an option to manually set the input, it should stay on that input regardless if there is any input at all, at least for an extended period of time. Realistically, it should always be on the input you selected. They absolutely dropped the ball on this simple feature, in my circumstances its infuriating.

Probably the best 27" OLED price but text Clarity is a major issue
First let me clearly state that I'm not new to OLED TVs or monitors. I've owned several OLED portable monitors and an LG OLED C1 TV. I do as much research as possible before pulling the trigger on a new one. This KTC went on sale last week for a really good price (as far as oled monitor are concerned) so I went ahead and ordered it. I'll give KTC this.. The unboxing experience rivals Alienware. They are extremely well boxed and use the dark gray soft cell foam. Not the cheap white hard foam that even a lot of well known name brands still unfortunately use. So right off the bat, I'm pretty happy. The panel itself is even separately vacuum sealed in a cushioned bag. Good stuff. Getting it set up is easy as expected. No damage, no dead pixels so we're off to a good start. Getting into the OSD is where I started realizing why there is a reason/reasons why KTC has some work to do. First off, it's really laggy. The overall layout and categorization is okay but often you make a few clicks and it just freezes for a few seconds. I tried restarting it but nothing fixed it. Also your mouse won't wake up the monitor from power saving mode. Which you DEFINITELY want to leave on to avoid burn in. You have to reach underneath to the OSD joystick EVERY TIME to walk it back up. I honestly thought it was a defective until I read a bunch of reddit posts saying the same thing. You're probably saying to yourself "no big deal". Well after you deal with it 7-8 times a day you may change your mind. Super annoying and a baffling design by KTC. There are also no overdrive levels. Only On/Off. I notice zero difference between the two. The one last thing I'd say about the menu is that you have to be in "reader mode" to get the Auto Brightness Limiter to disable. All other modes have a noticeably aggressive ABL effect where to entire panel dims when there are bright scenes. Most major brand OLED monitors allow you to turn it off for any mode. On this KTC model, reader mode deactivates the ABL but also lowers the entire panels Brightness to like 155 nits. Which of course is not usable in a lit room. There is no shortcut one click to switch between say reader and gsmer modes. So every time you want it, you need to fumble through the OSD and switch it back and forth. So just another shortcoming of this monitors abilities. The Panel: This is a 1st gen LG WOLED panel. The same panel LG uses in their GR model from last year. They are dimmer than the updated GS model that came out this year. This is not readily available information. KTC doesn't list it anywhere. You just have to dig around the forums. Now,. I knew that WOLED suffers from text fridging due to the sub pixel layout. I was not prepared for how bad this really is. On a 27" monitor at 1440p, you get nearly 110 pixels per inch. I have a 27" 1440p IPS panel and text is incredibly sharp. On this KTC OLED, it's really, really blurry. Like surprisingly bad. I've tried all the recommended text softwares and nothing helps. It literally gives me a headache squinting trying to read it for more then a few minutes. I'd really like to see an identical monitor side-by-side with this one because I think there actually may be something wrong with this particular one. In media like movies and games it's much better but still noticeable. The overall panel is what you'd expect from oled color and contrast but this text clarity is just horrible. My 48" LG C1 has sharper text and a lower PPI which doesn't make any sense. I'm strongly considering returning it. I did as much research, if not more than most people going in to this and we'll, it's a mixed bag to be honest. On one hand games look good aside from the ABL. Other hand, if you use this for another other then content consumption or games, I'd stay away. Until this technology gets more refined, it's just not comfortably on your eyes for general use and reading.

Great overall
Used for almost a year now. Still doing great. Love the frame rate. Good value especially if caught on sale. I haven’t found any issues with brightness. It does come with a headphone port too, good for a speaker setup bc it doesn’t have a built in speaker. You just need an extra speaker and an additional cord. Hooked it up to my JBL flip and it sounds great. Has great color too.

Good monitor, easy RMA process
Good quality, using an excellent panel that's also used in much more expensive monitors. Excellent HDR. For people who haven't used it before, the local dimming can be distracting in desktop use but really shines in games and media playback. Only reason for 4 star is my first one failed after 3 months - the panel went blank but backlight and dimming still worked as though it was showing an image. The return process was simple and easy - photographed the issue as asked, was given a return shipping label, shipped the monitor back at no expense and was quickly sent a new in box replacement. I had been happy with their cheaper H32T13 but was initially worried about buying a more expensive monitor from a relatively unknown brand. But their painless RMA process has reassured me quite a bit.

Great screen, missing controls, no speakers
So far so good as far as image quality and budget OLED, but there are shortcomings. There are missing controls to turn off sleep mode, it goes to sleep mode regardless what I set in the menus. There is no manual way to switch between inputs, so I can have 2 inputs it does "auto" switch to the next input, even though I'm waiting for the other pc connected to boot up, it keeps switching away. The LED that indicates the power on is too bright and looks too cheap. Also I see it is listed "built in speakers". There is no built in speakers. False advertising.

Quit staring at your screen, and stare at THIS one!
Quality, Easy setup, great looks, pairs well side by side with the matching one i bought. great refresh rate at 1440p, and easily transition into 4k gaming with a still great refresh rate. Worth more than it costs!

Good value for the money
Seems pretty good so far. Clear image and colors, smooth refresh. Hoping it lasts as I'm unfamiliar with the brand, so I purchased the extended warranty.

Great Monitor for unbeatable value
This KTC replaced my 4.5 years old MSI MAG322CQR which lost image due to bad t-con board. Initial impressions are positive. Pros: HVA has great response time and less ghosting effect compared to previous VA panel that's 2x the price. The contrast are onpar or better. Cons: The height is not adjustable. Theres no OSD software to control in windows. Overall given the price and what it offers this is a very good monitor if you are in need of a 32" 2K screen.
