I ordered a black and a purple one. Folks, these are quality umbrellas. They open and close very easily, very waterproof proof, just the right size. A bit to big for purse size, but great for a tote or bag. Would recommend. The purple is pretty.

I took this umbrella to the beach with me this weekend. Because it has the black lining on the inside it was perfect!! unlike regular umbrellas. This blocked out the light 100%. You stay cool. I’m so glad I found this umbrella and the price was awesome.

Dear Annelies, This is a 5 star product in every sense of the word. The umbrellas is built strong, yet aesthetic and will serve my purposes for a very long time. With the letter you sent along with the package you said that if I ever have a problem with the umbrella drop you a note on your customer service support line and you’ll send me another one!!!! I’m not writing you on your support line because there is anything wrong with my umbrella. I’m writing to say thank you!!!! I’m in Los Angeles where it truthfully only rains a few times a year, if that. We are a desert. However, over the last few days we’ve had a rain storm, pretty significant for this town. And my umbrella quit functioning. Of course I went to Amazon, I looked around and I found your Tumella and was instantly impressed by the video of the wind tunnel and the umbrella’s strength. Again, not that I need a heavy duty umbrella, it only rains a little in Los Angeles. But I was impressed with how far you went in trying to make a very good product. Something better, more durable, more reliable than the mass market. You wanted to be better than the rest for the sake of the customer!!! This stuck with me. So I purchased it. And by the time it arrived we were still experiencing rain and I got to use my Tumella to my sheer delight. It works perfectly. But all of the above is the lesser reason of why I am writing to you. The envelope you included with the umbrella was so fantastically cute and adorable, I was instantly compelled to write to you. The letter, the font used, the picture of the family, your story of how and why you made this product, was so over the top cute I was thrilled at your extreme desire to make your customer happy. And the fact you were willing to send me a new one if this one somehow stopped performing…just melted me!!!!! This is so very unique in the age of fast, disposable, low quality merchandise. Such a breath of fresh air from an a commercial or industrial viewpoint. I have no idea who you are and I am, of course a total stranger to you. But you, your story, your product, your ability to make a superior product over the rest of the market, and your letter including your beautiful photo of your 5 kids!!! (Are those really all yours???) touched my very heart in a way that has not been done in a long time. Especially by a mass marketed product. Thank you for your product. Thank you for your human touch. Thank you for being a cut above the rest. You are obviously very special. Beautiful and very sturdy. Keeps the sunlight out.

These umbrellas have been great to keep in the car for everyday use and unexpected rain. They’re compact enough to store easily without taking up much space, but once opened they provide really good coverage. I also like the automatic open feature because it makes them quick and convenient to use when you’re rushing in and out of the car. The umbrella feels sturdy and handled windy weather better than I expected for a travel-sized option. Overall, a really practical umbrella to keep in the car, purse, or travel bag so you’re always prepared for rain.

The perfect color black and not a dull looking color. It folds up easily and opens easily so even a child could use it. I purchased it for my son who struggles with fine motor skills but he does very well with this. Its durable and made of great quality material. Its wind resistant, definitely did not turn inside out during strong winds, which was nice. The design is not common but keeps you very dry against the rain. Its also very light weight and fits perfect in the side pocket of a backpack.

It broke after using it just 3 times. I'm am not pleased.

The umbrella worked fine for a week or so. But now i realise it is of bad quality. The button to open and close the umbrella doesnt work always. I have to forcefully close at times. The black colour faded after 2 weeks use in sunlight. I boight this after reading the reviews. But dont know why the one i got doesnt match up to the positive reviews here.
