Red 50ft/15m Long Dog Pet Puppy Training Obedience Lead Leash

What a piece of s***! Total waste of money. Don't buy it. I bought this to help with recall training my dog. After ONE weekend of use (so in total about 4 hours) the leash has frayed on the ring end to the extent that the ring is held on literally by 2 threads, there are several sections along the sides of the leash where the edges have frayed away, and one decent pull by my dog to chase a bird resulted in the clip end of the leash snapping and my dog making a run for it. Bear in mind that my dog is a whippet-cross, so we're not talking a hugely muscled rottweiler or anything heavy like that, and yet one decent pull snapped the lead instantly. Total rubbish. I will invest my future monies in a cheap length of rope and will probably have years of use out of it, and I recommend everyone else thinking of buying this completely crap product does the same.

The leash seemed sturdy enough. Wrong.First day using it my 20 month old lab was running around, saw another dog's ball, ran fast the clips broke off at both ends and my dog ended up in a scrum with another dog.Very distressing for all concerned.This leash is a liability!!

couldnt get on with it. it is so long that my 7month old labrador could get quite a speed up by the time she reached the end of the 50 feet and pulled me off my feet. i have seen other people with them and they seem to have better results. perhaps my dog is just a bit too enthusiastic.....

I am trying to get my dog to return to me and stop him running after other dogs to play with them. This is very good as I can give him his head without losing him entirely as I thread the lead through the end loop and put it round my waist so have no worries of the dog pulling the lead out of my hand. Great buy would recommend it.

My puppy is already pretty obedient, but I use this when there are too many picnics in the park and yoko might be attracted to the food smell; or when we go to the sea side, to make sure she doesn't swim too far. Good quality, it's not heavy for its size.

The plastic length adjusters break and let your dog loose, waste of money spend a bit more and get a decent one.

Despite the negative reviews I read about this lead I found it to be perfect for my needs and had no problems with any part of it. Delivery was satisfactory and I am satisfied with all aspects of this purchase.

Brilliant product, gives the dog a long lead to run around whilst we are still in control, dog happy and we're happy :)
