⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product & Outstanding Customer Service I purchased the Waterdrop Mega Instant Electric Water Filter Jug (6L), but unfortunately the first unit I received was not working. I contacted Waterdrop customer support Executive Harper,and I was very impressed with their response. They issued a replacement unit very quickly, and on top of that, they included two extra filters absolutely free. The new unit works perfectly. The water tastes clean, fresh, and clear, with no bad smell or chlorine taste. It gives real confidence knowing it helps reduce lead, mercury, PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, and other impurities. The product itself is very useful for daily use, and the customer service is excellent, fast, and professional. Because of both the product quality and the support I received, I strongly recommend Waterdrop to anyone looking for a reliable water filter system.

So far so good. Water is even better than from the bottles. The motor is a bit noisy whilst in use. Hope to make a massive saving. Was drinking at least 3litres of bottled water per day. Value for money. Looks very stylish on my counter top.

This would have got five stars but the cartridges are quite wide so if you have small hands you can't pull it out to change it because you have to squeeze the sides. Other than that, great machine. Very easy to use and no drip.

I’m happy with this water purifier. It’s easy to install, purification is effective, and the water tastes fresh and clean. Build quality is good and overall performance is reliable. Recommended.

It works well, keep the water cool

**Updating to 3 stars as Waterdrop reached out to me to ask how they could rectify my issue. Great to deal with and provided a full refund.** Had this for almost 3 months. I bought this as the filters are advertised as up to 90 days. I have hard water and the filter probably lasted a month at the most. Again, I have very hard water. The electric pump is a great idea, however, its very slow and has a loud whine when in use. The battery is great, I've only had to charge it once in the 3 months I've owned it. This is a great product for those who dont mind waiting for a slow pour. The filtered water is probably the best we have tasted compared to other manufacturers. However, I have now switched back to the manual Brita system that I didn't get rid of, just incase. The Brita is far more convenient, its faster to dispense and quiet. The filter has to be changed every 2 weeks due to the hardness of the water in my area but I'm too impatient to wait for the slow dispense of the Waterdrop. All in all, the waterdrop is a great product if you can wait for the pour. The filter is fantastic, I use waterdrops filters for my coffee machine and will continue to do so.

Very happy with this water filter and definitely deserving of a five star review. I really like the taste of the water and the filter has been working very well for me overall. After around six months, I experienced an issue where the filter stopped working properly. However, I contacted Waterdrop customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and replaced the filter without any problems. Excellent customer support and a great product overall. Highly recommended.
