What size are the small swivel casters (wheel and diameter of the bolt, please)? It looks like I should order better ones to replace them as mentioned

I put 3 inch casters on it. The important thing is to get a caster with a long stem. If memory serves me well I believe it needs to be 1 1/2" long. All the casters in the 2 to 3 inch range have the same stem size. I got mine from tractor supply. I got the ones that were rubber not hard plastic. It makes it alot quieter.

Can someone give me the exact dimensions of the actual flatbed (L x W) when it is in its full-use position, please?

It is 14.5 inches wide and 25 inches long when in the cart mode.
