These are fine brass pressure washer quick fittings for a good price

Like another review here, this is way too tight fit. The internal angle for the ball to drop in does not go far enough in....maybe wears over time to fit better. BTW this is brass finish over stainless? I think this extra coating is the difference between fit and not. I don't know which side is the issue to blame. My fix was to put the plug side to the grinder and take off a very little of the initial ball slot angle, basically removing the finish and maybe slightly more (2-3 thousands maybe). Now it works. I have not performed the leak test yet. There is a fine line for sealing and locking. Gave it a 3 star because of solid construction otherwise, and if it works now I only spent about 5 minutes of my time fixing which happens all the time anyway.

I purchased three kits and found that in one case that the Quick Plug would not seat in the socket quick connect and would not lock in place. Other combinations of plug and socket exhibited various levels of difficulty in making a physical connection that locked.From a purely visible inspection it appears that the manufacturing tolerances on these items may be out of specification. It looks as if the shoulder angle on the male plug is different to that on the plug with the swivel. This could be causing the plug to bottom in the socket before the locking balls of the socket can close into the locking grove.By mixing and matching units from the three kits purchased, I was able to get two usable kits and one completely unusable kit.Working with the pressure washer showed that the two kits that mechanically fitted were also leak-proof and operated well. They were however somewhat difficult to disconnect even when no water pressure was present.

Product works as I wanted. However I’m only giving it four stars... because the male QD fitting is not solid brass. It appears to be alloy, with a plating making it appear to be brass. The other two fittings are solid brass. That said, it does the job... so no complaints...

Added these to my new Stihl pressure washer and love the convenience of the quick disconnect. The parts are all high quality and haven't had any issues with leaks or anything else. The pieces provided will adapt one house and the wash gun, you'll still need to buy the end that goes on the pressure washer.

This is exactly the set needed to upgrade the Karcher 3600 gas pressure washer to quick disconnects at both ends. The 22mm threaded ends fit the hose, and the disconnect fits the new Triplex pump perfectly. The other end converted the wand into quick disconnect as well.

Wrong size order. Didn’t fit. Great quality product. Hope to return and switch size.
