This Works Perfect Body Smoothing Wash, Exfoliating Shower Gel, 200ml

Brilliant body smoothing wash, a little too expensive in my opinion but great product and does what it says on the tin. The scent is lovely too. Leaves skin feeling super soft and moisturised.

I particularly like this and use it on the face and body. It leaves the skin really smooth. I love the smell too.

I kind of regret buying this. I hate the smell & I'm not convinced it's doing more than using the body butter on its own does. It's quite a big size but as I hate the smell, I'm kind of looking at it feeling obliged to use it up when I don't really want to.

Like this a lot feels good to use and works, skin feels much better

I am blown away after my first use - THISWORKS exfoliating cleanser exceeded EVERY expectation I had! I absolutely love scrubs and exfoliants and use them often - this one was different - it does not rely on physical exfoliation, it uses PHAs and fruit acids instead of harsh abrasives ... but gives the instant results of harsh abrasives! I did not really notice the smell either while I was using it or lingering on my skin afterward, but it struck me as more herbal than floral and citrus, but since it does not linger it does not matter to me. It is a nice sized bottle and it is a thinnish liquid like a shower gel - and clear! To explain why I fell in love after the first use needs some background - a few years ago I broke my tailbone and it did not heal great! When I sit for long periods of time it can sometimes irritate my tailbone and cause the skin over it to get really irritated and painful and become rough and its own source of pain - it usually takes a few rounds of good exfoliation and using a good moisturizer to fix ... it took one use of THISWORKS and the skin that was so irritated and rough was perfect again! I didn't think faster results were possible - I had been satisfied with using sugar scrubs and moisturizers and it taking the time it needed to heal ... but this was one use and I am shocked! I tied this product based on my experience with other products for this brand I had tried in the past for sleep and liked - this product exceeded any expectations I had - I am so impressed. The rest of my skin feels great too - smooth and exfoliated, but since I use scrubs regularly, the difference did not stand out as much as the difference THISWORKS made for a problem I have been trying to solve for a long time. I am so glad this comes in such a generous size and even though it is not a cheap body wash, it is worth every penny because it actually does work!

I love chemical exfoliants. PHAs, in particular, are so much gentler on my sensitive skin; I rarely use any kind of mechanical or physical exfoliant on my face anymore. But I think this is the first PHA product for the rest of my body that I've ever used. I like this stuff, and it definitely leaves my skin feeling softer and smoother. It has quite a strong fragrance, though, so I'm not crazy about using it on my face, though it is safe for that use, too. The brand, This Works, says that the scent is intended to improve your mood, so it seems a great way to start the day. I even like it for my hands, especially right before I apply lotion before bed. Best of all, this and all other products by This Works are all 100% cruelty-free! They are even certified by PETA, so you can get your beauty rest at night knowing that no cats or rabbits were tortured so that you could look and feel more gorgeous. Good stuff. Five stars!

I think that this is a nice body wash, but I wouldn't continue to buy based on the price. It's a nice clear and viscous wash that lathers well. Instructions for use are to leave it on for up to 2 mins if possible before rinsing off. I don't always leave it on that long but I do feel like it gives my skin a nice soft and supple feel. In a good way, I don't notice any stripping of my tan or any skin irritation. Ingredients are quality and clear. I don't really like the scent. It's listed as geranium and sweet orange. I think it's the geranium that comes off as a very natural earthy musky smell that I don't enjoy. BUT then I do notice that it leaves my skin smelling like a more pleasant and faint version of that throughout the day. Win some, lose some.

The scent gave me such a headache I had to return it. They tout it as an all natural scent - could’ve fooled me- it smells like old lady or cheap perfume.
