Good looking pocket bras are surprisingly difficult to find, and I'm very pleased with how this one feels. Looking at yourself in the mirror and cupping the soft, natural result in your hands it's easy to imagine the breasts are your own, especially as the nipples can just be seen through the fabric. It all adds to the realism and excitement of the moment! One downside is the sizing, and the strap of the largest size 42 was a lot shorter than expected, especially on the right hand side. Reaching back to do it up I found the hooks were not in the middle of my back like all my other bras. I've had to add a strap extender, otherwise it's way too tight, and the manufacturers need to make a larger size, as other reviewers have stated too. The pockets are just large enough to fit my 800g silicone breast forms, but anything bigger would bulge out of the top, which has no closure. So if you're dancing or being active in other ways that may risk slippage, and a closure would improve the design. One solution is to wear something tight and stretchy over the top. I'm wearing a Sloggi Romance Bralette Vest (Size 40) over the top of this bra at the moment, and it not only looks very sexy but keeps the breast forms in place. Cover that with a figure hugging top, chemise, or even a women's tee shirt, and the result looks very curvy, feminine and natural. CONCLUSION I like this bra a lot, even though it could be improved. I now find I prefer this to standard (usually padded) bras that are harder to the touch when worn, and take away a little of that natural breast feel. Hopefully the makers will add a closure and longer straps. The option of bigger cup sizes would be great too, for people who'd like to wear larger breast forms. In other words, more choice please! In the meantime, four stars.

I bought this bra as it stated it was a mastectomy bra there are no pockets to put NH Boob in and the bra does not cover boob when sitting just inside the cup really disappointed as they are a smart looking bra

I bought this as it said suitable as a mastectomy bra. However, my prosthesis would not fit into the pocket which was far too small. It was also under wired which I do not personally find comfortable after a mastectomy. Disappointing as it is so difficult to find a post surgery bra that is not too expensive.

They fit perfectly hold silicone breast in place & look great on. I think the price is amazing.
