My skin is fair and a shade so light that I cannot truly get tan in the sun, I simply get pink and freckled. These turned me a couple of shades darker, and I just look better. There doesn't seem to be any downside; I feel great . I don't want to be pale all Summer long, nor pink either, so I'll keep buying these. They work! Additional note: After ordering a second jar, I began developing some issues like muscle pain and jaw pain. The jaw pain was surprisingly severe. When I noticed it waning between doses I decided to stop taking the capsules for a few days. The pain went away and a subsequent visit to my dentist confirmed that nothing was wrong other than my reaction to these caps. They turned me a nice color but sadly it was too high of a price.

Bought 4 times. Today product arrived sealed and in good condition. When I opened the container several capsules must have came apart. There was reddish black powder all over the inside. Product stains hands. Unusable as it gets all over the counter and hands if you tried to use.

Pill size is fine, but I really didn't get as tan as I was hoping, but they do alright.

Right up front, I wish the pills were smaller, but they are one of the very few that were vegan-friendly. Other than that, I definitely noticed a difference. Astaxanthin is fat-soluble, so please take with a fat. If you don’t, you may not see a big difference. I started taking a few weeks ago, and it’s crazy to see the change. I would take the pill with a meal that included nut butter, nuts, seeds, avocado, or olive oil. I don’t have any words to say about the transformation this has done for me. I mean the photos speak for themselves. I have done NO touch ups or anything to the photos. I just cropped them for anonymity. I have no reason to lie or inflate the truth. I paid for this with my own hard-earned money. This, in conjunction, with a healthy fruit-veggie heavy diet will give you the most beautiful glow. Highly recommend! Note: Eating healthy raw fruits and vegetables, and little to no processed sugars and wheat is going to make this work even faster. I recommend taking this once a day, along with a healthy plant-based diet. Eat a variety of beta-carotene and lycopene-rich fruits and vegetables! If you eat poorly and take this, it won’t do any miracles. No pill is going to fix everything. Believe me, Ive been there. Invest in your health!
