Great value. I only needed the magnesium, but the calcium, zinc, and boron are an absolute plus. I was having horrendous muscle spasms in my calves and leg biceps. But after my doctor prescribed magnesium supplement versus orthopedic intervention, haven't had a spasm since. I thank god for homeopathic m d's, who will go to great lenghts to prescribe nutrition over surgery. Im 71 and never felt better.
