Drive arrived DOA. Makes a periodic whine in the rare case it even spins up. Otherwise, just sits beeping every 5-6 seconds.

When I checked the Seagate site for warranty validity it showed that there was another two years to run. Seagate warranty is standard 3 year and I am disappointed.
