Does exactly what I need it to do!
It was time for my young chickens to learn what it’s like to be outside, after spending their first several weeks of life inside the warm brooder. I was on the hunt for a quick fix that can easily be stowed away and this was it. It went together quickly with zip ties; however they were terribly weak and several broke, so we used our own stash. We didn’t use the ‘roost bar’ and that is definitely not designed for chickens. It took about 10 minutes for us to set up and carry outside. The chicks definitely loved being out there, learning to scratch and peck as chickens do. This isn’t predator safe and it’s not meant to keep chickens/animals in overnight, but definitely does its job in letting them be safely outside while I’m out there. The rain cover worked perfectly too, since it started raining about an hour after they went in… they learned quickly too that there is cover to huddle under. I like the multiple doors as well, it gives you options on putting animals in and taking them out. Granted, we are only using one right now, but options are good! I do recommend closing off those that you aren’t using with a zip tie as well, so it doesn’t accidentally come open.

Chicken run assembly
It is made of the same material as a large dog crate. Assembly was not as difficult as some commented on. It comes as three four-part panels (end, middle, end) and two side end panels and two support bars. Each panel has "clips" where another is attached to it. There are plenty of zip ties and the instructions indicate where to put them. "S" carabiners (5) are for locking the doors. There are u shaped stakes to anchor it to the ground and the tarp. The side end panels are clipped to each end using zip ties to secure in place, then connect the end panels to the middle panel accordingly. This is where I had a little trouble as several clips were very tight. I show a picture (pic 1) of my plyers with material to keep from scratching the wire as I am squeezing hard to get a wire to slide into the clip. After slightly bending the wire (pic 2) I moved my material/plyers closer to the clip to gently squeeze the wire into the clip. The doors have a gravity lock and the "S" clip keeps the lock from being slid upward, to a point. The hooks need to be fatter as the lock can still be slid upward and all your critters can come on out to play! I was in church and received a text eight of my nine hens were out loose in the yard. Thankfully the hawks weren't around and they all were coaxed back into the run with grains. Shew! I have used some Velcro (non abrasive) to keep the doors secured while I find another solution. My last picture is of the whole set up. I wanted something that would not be an eye sore and I found it. However, it is so camouflaged sometimes I think the hens are out again! lol. We may put something to make it show up a little because we do not want hawks to think the hens are free as well! That may be in the future. The hens love the two support bars going across the middle. I love the door on the roof for easy access to toss in goodies. I have one back door butted up against the opening to a wire tunnel which leads to the main coop. I hope to order another one of these, remove two doors (maybe), and connect them at at 90 degree angle for more run space. To keep the weed eater from damaging it I have placed it on wide fence boards and will probably use 14" zip ties to attach the run to the boards vs the stakes provided into the ground. This will also keep them from digging out (sandy soil), or someone from digging in, whatever the case may be. I am very pleased with this item.

MY CHICKENS LOVE IT! Great space, Great Buy… Perfect for 15–25 Chicken Run
My CHICKENS LOVE IT! Exactly What I Needed – With a Learning Curve! The product was exactly what I expected! Putting it together solo was a bit of a challenge—wish my husband had helped—but I wanted to surprise him, so I powered through. It’s made of metal but very lightweight. Once it’s fully assembled, though, it does get heavy. The instructions looked simple at first glance, but those little hooks that connect each section were tough. I kept pinching my fingers trying to get them to latch. It honestly felt like I needed the jaws of life! BUT… by the time I got to the third section, I had a breakthrough—grabbed a pair of pliers, opened the clamps a little, and from there it was smooth sailing. I was able to connect each section and reclamp them easily. For reference, I bought the largest version they offer—six full sections—and once everything was connected and I added the inner support brackets, it all came together beautifully. Yes, it was frustrating at first, but totally worth it in the end. It has plenty of doors on both the top and bottom, and the included cover is excellent quality. I’m currently housing 10 teenage chickens inside, and I’ll easily be able to fit 15 more in the coming months. It’s also light enough to move when my gardener needs to mow underneath it. The price was fair, it looks great in the yard, and I’ve already gotten tons of compliments from family and friends. If you’re looking for a chicken run—yes, I definitely recommend this one!

Easy to assemble — great size
Easy to assemble! Very sturdy ! I would suggest buying some metal landscaping anchors or tent stakes to keep it tight to the ground where animals don’t crawl under to get to your chickens ! Also the canopy isn’t much if it’s heavy rains or raining sideways . Outside of that it’s great

Perfect and Easy to Setup!!!
Perfect for a chicken nursery or duck enclosure. It was super easy to put together, took about 30 to 45 mins with two people but could manage alone if necessary. Comes with several doors for entry, a nice tarp for the top ( not shown) and purch poles for the chicks. They provided more than enough zip ties and extra closures to secure the doors. You can easily attach lights and feeders if needed. We used a large tarp on the bottom with hooks/clamps to keep the bedding inside. The chicks love all of the room! Overall great product, good quality and will use for my future ducklings.

A bit to expensive
Instructions are pretty difficult to follow and if you miss place them the vid is even harder to follow. The picture are hard to make out and the vid goes to fast this entire review could be about how horrible the instructions are. BUT theres more to it. We were missing a bar. But have made due. The measurements are pretty close if not spot on. I think it should be taller. Its not any better or any worse than any other basic cage so the build is well basic. Basic bars that could be closer together. But are acceptable spacing. Its a bit high in cost but finding (i got the largest option) a cage large enough has been difficult. Absolutely everyone sells chicken cages lie about the amount of chickens they can humanely hold. Thats what i got this for. Chickens. So thats what my review is based on. Absolutely wouldn't hold any other animals. And definitely isn't keeping anything out. This cage would have to be inside another cage to be sturdy enough to use past a chicken field trip into your yard. Its to lanky to be a tractor. Its incredible long. A bit to short and awkwardly narrow. 21ft by 30 or 40 inches makes for an odd shaped contraption. I really dislike everyone using "keychain" type laches instead of actual locks. Its held together by zip ties and thats an issue on its own. But if you also raise rabbits you probably have the necessary tools to fix that problem. Its not heavy and easily could be knocked over by wind. The tarp isnt the best either and only overs the top so being rain resistant is irrelevant as none of the sides are covered from rain. I guess if you don't have any wind at all in your area this would work but again its an easy work around. Over all a bit pricey but all there is at this size. You definitely want these bars over others with their rounded holes with easily breakable twist metals. The holds to keep it on the ground are also to short so its easily lifted by say a raccoon. Still end of the day best option.

Chickens love it
This was a good buy to extend my run from the main coop/hen house into the garden while keeping the chickens contained and safe from daytime predators. I added farm fence wire vs. small hole fence wire to the bottom so they could still scratch around, and add a little extra protection. The shade cover that came with it has held up surprisingly well too.
