Easy to use for fermenting veggies
Works well for fermenting veggies. Both sauerkraut to kimchee have turned out well. Hughly recommend for fermented vegetable products.

Instructions clearly state, do not use boiled water directly into the jar. Use other methods to sterilise the jar. Ie, steam .

Dålig kvalitet. Efter initial diskning sprack träet i flera längsgående sprickor. Uselt för en så pass dyr produkt.
