I will start with a bit about me and my bodyshape, because its quite relevant to my review. I'm 6'2", 103kg with a 115cm chest and have a BMI of 29.1 so sit in the overweight category (until I drop to 88kg).FIT:This is very comfortable for someone my size (and I suspect any size), there is plenty of adjustment remaining for a larger Frame.The back is quite padded, which will act as an insulator, keeping your liquid cool / stop your back getting cold if you use a bladder.FEATURES:The front pockets are very deep, so you will get some good sized bottles in there or loads of Gels or even a phone. They also have a drawstring to keep your belongings extra safe and secure. In addition to the bladder section there is an extra section for other belongings.WATER Bottle: The 500ml water bottle fits the vest perfectly, no struggles getting it into the vest pocket and you can secure it in easily with the straps.The material is the only thing that lets it down, its one of those materials that makes a scrunching noise but that said, its not noticeable when running.

Jacket is good and does as it says but water bottle can't be used it had weird plastic smell didn't go after few washes

This hydration backpack has been my go-to gear for outdoor adventures. Despite being incredibly lightweight, it fits all my essentials, including a water bottle. The mesh design at the back is perfect for keeping cool on long runs or bike rides. Having everything accessible and secure while moving is a huge benefit. The environmental focus of the materials used is a bonus that makes me feel good about my choice. It’s become essential for my outdoor activities.

Overall I like this hydration backpack from Kamcycle – I feel there are some areas for improvement but on the whole this is a pretty good sports backpack.First off the bag is lightweight and comfortable to wear thanks to the soft padding on the rear of the bag and on the inside of the shoulder straps and also since the straps are all adjustable, including the chest strap which can be adjusted up or down (per photos).The bag has the main compartment which can accommodate a hydration pack if you are using one. The main compartment has an internal divider so can be used for storage also with or without bladder. Per photos there are two Velcro hooks at the top of the inside of the main compartment for attaching a hydration pack – you can then run the tube out the bag on either side and out over the corresponding shoulder strap. If you are not using the hydration pack then you could fit a fair amount of light stuff in the bag (light lunch, small jacket etc).There is also the zip pocket on front of the left hand side (per photos). Whilst this is a long pocket it is not very deep – not sure what would put in here really.There is also a small zip pocket on the front of the left hand shoulder strap (per photos). This would fit bank card, door key etc. This pocket whilst small is handy since it is accessible whilst wearing the bag.The included collapsable 500ml bottle is great and much better than a hard plastic bottle in my opinion. After a couple of wash’s with plain water did not have any plastic taste like some products such as this can. There is a drawstring pocket at the bottom front of both shoulder straps for storing the bottle.The only comments I have about this bag are that ideally I would have liked a further / bigger zip pocket on the rear of the bag, and would have liked more zipped pockets on front of shoulder straps that also were big enough to fit mobile phone.

The product arrived quickly and was well packaged with another item. The hydration backpack comes in a zip-lock bag which can be used for something else. It also comes with a small 500ml 'bladder-bottle'.I wasn't expecting the backpack to be so versatile and adjustable.Versatile; because it can store away quite a bit in the back pocket (if you're not putting a bladder in), as well as pockets on the shoulder and front, and two rear mesh pockets for extra water if required. The two water bottle containers at the front, comfortably fit a small bottle each.Adjustable; not only do the chest straps adjust for chest width - they also move up and down to get the most comfortable fit for you. There are also side adjustable straps for that final perfect fit.It is lightweight and is definitely going to replace my small rucksack for the shorter to medium trails we go on.Highly recommended.

Keeping hydrated whilst exercising can be difficult. Especially if you are hiking or cycling long distance. Traditional methods of carrying water would be either a flask or plastic bottle which are both a little heavy and bulky. This hydration vest has pockets in which you can slide in water filled pouches. There are also handy places to keep valuables or a compass for example. This particular vest comes with one 500 ml water pouch but no drinking straw. There are many extra hydration pouches available online plus drinking straw tubes which allows you to take sips of fluid as required without stopping. The hydration vest is well made, robust and lightweight. Ideal for it's intended purpose enabling you to carry water without unnecessary bulk or weight. The inside of the vest is perferated and comfortable. It looks good and fits well without any issues. I have awarded four stars only because I feel additional hydration pouches should have been included also with at least one connecting drinking tube. It's about keeping costs down but most customers would prefer to purchase all the required gear in one time. I'm now looking to order two 250 ml pouches and a drinking straw. Other than this issue, this hydration vest performs very well and a very effective product. Highly recommended.

I am giving this 3 stars because it came in a clear plastic bag and did not include the water bottle as the advertisement says. Aside from that, it is lightweight but they did not put care in packaging or ensuring that they stick to their own advertisement.
