Although, I love the color and mandala pattern of the towel, there are other factors I was disappointed in. The tied ends make or break a Turkish towel to me. These threads raveled together and are now just a mess after one wash on the gentle cycle w/no dryer. Also the sides folded/creased up because (I guess) the towel is thinner. A reviewer said these towels equaled the ones from Sand Cloud which (and I can only speak about the one I received) is complete nonsense. The towels are both very pretty but Sand Cloud is probably twice as thick and the ends looked just as good after I washed the towel as before. That's because they are tied up/braided so they won't fray. Yes, Sand Cloud is twice the price but to me quality wins every time and I will pay more for it. However, I am going to try another brand on Amazon that does have the same ends as the Sand Cloud towel to once again compare and contrast. I'd rather not pay twice the price if I can find something comparable. Moral of the story... look for a Turkish towel that has braided ends.

I bought a Sand Cloud towel and this towel at the same time. I received the SC towel first and was not impressed. I expected similar results from the Livordo towel but I was so pleasantly surprised. It blows the SC towel out of the water (pun intended, haa haa). I love this towel and plan on ordering more. Don't waist your money on SC towels, go with Livordo instead. You won't regret it.

This is a really soft towel. I haven't used it yet, but I plan to do so on my next trip. It would be nice if it came with some care instructions regarding what to do before you first wash it. I had heard about special instructions, so I looked them up.1. Soak in cold water for 12 hours before washing.2. Don't use fabric softener when washing the towel.

These are great all-purpose cloths. I use them as:- chair cover for the dogs (easy wash, fast dry)- beach towel and cover-up (doesn't collect sand like a terry towel)- travel towel (soft to the touch, dry quickly, pack sup very small into an attached pouch)- emergency blanket (big enough to bundle up in - I keep two in the car)- airplane blanket (provide good coverage and warmth; looks sharp!)

I love the design and the colors. This is our first Turkish peshtemal towel. We live in Florida and bought with the thought that the towel would dry quickly, so no more moldy smell.... which it does. It is not really very soft, and the absorbancy is medium out of the shower. On the plus side, this towel will be perfect for the beach as a towel or cover up. On a boat for same reasons and the fact it drys quickly is definitely a plus. For a bath towel, not so good.

I purchased this to use as a throw for an eclectic family room. It looks exactly like the picture, adds great character to the room, and provides a lightweight covering when needed in the summer. I love it! I cut off the little carry bag it came with, because I won’t use it, but it was a very cute little bonus if it was being used as a towel instead.If this review helped you, please click “helpful”. Excellent beach towel/blanket! I went to the beach last weekend and waited to review this until now. It worked perfectly for the purpose! No sand stuck to it even though I used it to wipe the sand+water mix out of my feet.This towel has multiple other functionalities as well. Before going to the beach, I had been using this as a throw and a stole, and a hand towel whenever I couldn't find anything else. It has washed well until now and I'm thinking about buying another one because the size of this is such that only one person can fit onto it on the beach.

I'm absolutely in love with this towel/pashmina/scarf! I live in Florida, and most of the time it's way too hot for a sweater, but it can definitely still get windy/chilly. Especially if you're anywhere near the water. Plus sand/dirt doesn't get stuck in this one like a regular towel. And the color is perfect to match just about anything.I didn't know when I bought it, but the two sides are opposite in color from each other. Same pattern, but one side has more brown and the other side has more cream. Which I love!

I sent this back as it was not what I was expecting. its very light weight and not really a towel as such but more of a product you hang on the wall
