Was a little concerned about ordering the product since it only had one review. It is a quality product. The antlers are very realistic and have a nice finish. There was no detailed assembly instructions. However, the drawing with the assembly steps numbered was sufficient. Put a small amount of glue from a hot glue gun under each light fixture to stabilize them. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again.

If I had know that I would need to become an electrician to purchase this, I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT IT!! First of all, the packaging was terrible-several broken antlers. The antlers are NOT realistic looking-very yellow and plastic looking. THE ABSOLUTE WORST INSTRUCTIONS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I expected some assembly, but this thing came completely disassembled. None of the wires were connected AT ALL !!, EXTREMELY poor instructions-basically a few out of focus pictures on how to completely wire a nine light chandelier. So far, I've spent 5 hours trying to assemble it. I guess I could have hired an electrician but that would have cost $$$ because it isn't a simple install-it's a complete "build". Oh, and the wire and chain to hang it are very short- I think the seller counts on the difficulty in returning this piece of junk be cause of the horrible packaging. I'll probably spend the next few days trying to box it back up. Total pain and not worth the money!!!

I love the product, but it was not packaged well for shipping. I work for UPS and know how packages are handled. When we opened the box the cheap styrofoam flew all over the place. The first thing we noticed was a broken antler piece. We were skeptical to continue opening the contents, but decided to, anyway. One of the light bulbs was smashed. Also, some hardware was missing. My husband was able to glue the broken piece, and luckily it's in a place not too recognizable.We love the lamp, as I have wanted one for years. Luckily we were able to compensate for the issues.

Installed in entry foyer. Instructions are vague but you need to start at the bottom and put together bottom first and work your way up. The pic illustrated in listing is different than actual however the light is very nice and for the money an A+. Once I assembled I added a light bead of hot glue inside and outside of all fastening/contact areas because of single point fastening. I do recommend the light and would buy again.

I ordered this because the price was great in comparison with other antler chandeliers out there. I ordered the 9+3+3 chandelier and was so excited to open the package -- only to realize that this has to be assembled 100% by me - wiring as well. If you know nothing about wiring lamps, or electrical, then I would recommend going with another product. The "how to instructions" (<--- not a typo on my part) are hard to read/understand. The pictures are hard to follow. The numbering is out of order. I had missing pieces and the wire caps were too small for 10 wires to feed into. I went to our local hardware store and thankfully, the gentleman there was able to give me extra wire and the right sized caps as well as tips on how to connect 10 wires safely. After assembling, the 2 screws for the hook were incorrect, so we opted for 4 very long wood screws. Overall, it looks great in the cabin, but it took 3 hours to put together and a trip to the hardware store. So, take it from someone who is handy, but not an electrician: if you don't know wiring, pay a little bit more and save yourself the headache of having to put this together on your own.

This thing is fabulous. My 14 year old son was able to put it together no problem. This only issue was the chain is way too short but I m hanging it from a vault ceiling. Should maybe have more chain, but you can just buy more at Home depot. It makes the whole "lodge" feel in the whole house. I will put a photo on once I get the longer chain

Bought this light for my Husband for Christmas. We were remodeling so we didn't get it open until just now to install it. It's got broken antler pieces inside the packages and the bag the hardware came in was ripped and the hardware was scattered through out the box. Not sure if pieces are missing. HOping we can get it returned this late and get a new one shipped. Very disappointed.

Fairly easy to assemble and install took approximately 30 minutes the bulbs were not dimmable so we bought new dimmable lights looks beautiful over the custom country table my husband made

Horrible quality and arrived broken. Was told to repair it myself and they would give me a small credit. Would not waste money on this and was not satisfied at all.

Love this chandelier!! We went with the 2 tier, 9 antler with 6 lights and it looks great. Only thing I would change is to make the antlers a little more matte and less shiny, but it still looks fantastic. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but coming from Hong Kong we were surprised by the lack of damage to it. One tip was broken off, which we glued back on, and there were a few chips which we just filled in with a black or brown marker. Worth the price though.
