I'm been using this product for many years. I love it because it works. The packaging is already sealed for freshness

As they do work but not consistently. I’ve played around with these by taking them as directed AFTER my meal which I’ve found does not prevent my blood sugar from spiking every time and if I’ve eaten something that isn’t low carb it takes hours to drop but then it drops it loooow(in the 70’s). Now if I hadn’t taken one my body would have spiked and then descends over 2-3 hours if it hits that 180-200+ mark which I try to avoid as much as possible through my diet. So in reality for my experience so far is that if you’re eating high carbs it’s really not going to help. I then took it BEFORE my meal and sometimes my blood sugar didn’t rise much at all so I felt that was great. But, it doesn’t work that way every time which is weird. However sometimes I’ll take it when I’m eating keto carbs in an appropriate amount because they will still spike your BS but not nearly as much if you’re eating non keto. I also take 2 if I’m eating a higher carb meal, which isn’t often but sometimes when you’re out and about or on vacation it’s harder to eat that way unless you’re prepared and to be honest, sometimes I’m not. What keeps my blood sugars in check is eating very low carbs. The opposite of the nutritionist but by doing so I’ve managed to lower my A1C into the pre-diabetic mark and I’m hoping to get it back into normal. I hope this information is helpful to others. These are the reasons for my 3 star review. If it worked consistently I would have given more stars.
