It’s so cute! I purchased it for a replacement for my nose ring. I prefer flat backs because the L shape n corkscrew always end up falling out when I sleep. Great quality.

Love this piece! It’s the perfect addition for my piercing set up! I just added the top the my current Medusa jewelry it’s thread less so it fit perfectly! Ive had this piece for over a year now and it still looks exactly the same as when I purchased it!

Difficult to screw but beautiful once you get it in.
Now that it’s on (after almost 20 mins of trying, sweating and pleading) it’s beautiful and lays perfectly. It’s just SO difficult to get on. Make sure you have something to prevent it from dropping and getting lost because you will drop it a whole bunch of times before you finally get it to screw in. You are going to screw it in (from the perspective of looking in the mirror) to your LEFT. AWAY from your face is how it screws in not toward it. Pushing the middle of your ear outward can help you align both parts to screw it in. It comes with two different sizes to go into your ear. The bigger piece worked perfectly for me. Not too small not too big. The overall value of the product is good, like I said it sits beautifully and I love it now that I have it in. Just prepare to have some patience. I do like that it came with two finger gloves to aid in screwing it in. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t such a struggle or came with some kind of tool to make it easier to screw.

No tarnishing, no irritation
I use this in my Medusa piercing. It’s titanium so the reactions I was having before aren’t happening with this one. The only jewelry from Amazon, so far that has caused no problems. Has no tarnishing and I’ve been wearing it for a month.

Crappie quality
Ot was adorable but sadly the back that they sent me was faulty so the stud wouldn't screw on all the way. The thing fell out only a few hours after I put it on and now its lost.

The heart is little bigger than I expected but I love it! It fits perfect and I love that it came with two different lengths to fit through the cartilage so I could choose how snug I wanted it

Patience is required to put them on
These are so cute. I had been wanting a heart shaped studs like these for a long time. But my God are these impossible to get on. If you're someone like me who likes to change up their jewelry lots I'd suggest once you get them in. Leave them for a few weeks instead of changing them up off. You'll save yourself the biggest headache trying to regularly get these on and off
